Not completed the work they offer.
I drop my car for service at 8.45 am .
On the service plan an exterior wash and interior vacuum included.
When I collect my car at 6.30 pm I noticed that my car is not cleaned.
This is my 3rd visit at vertu Gloucester and 3rd bad experience of irresponsibility, ignorance and poor management and customer service.

A huge thanks to Andrew and the rest of the team! I went in not really knowing what i wanted - Andrew listened to all my requirements and shown me the Atto 2 and it was so perfect. I'd never drove an automatic before and Andrew supported the whole test drive making me feel comfortable.
From start to finish it was so smooth, no high pressure sales pitch, just listening to my needs and building from there. I'm now unbelievably happy and totally in awe of my car!
I've since sent my dad to buy one too. 10/10 would recommend. The car is incredible

Great friendly service.
All the team I dealt with (Mo, George and Sam) were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding me to choose the right car, and payment options, for me and explaining some of the main features of the car before I drove off. I am still learning as I go along and very pleased with the car.
