my old car needed a lot off work so it was a very quick decision to get a new car Tim Green the salesman was fantastic and very helpful

Everything about the entire process of choosing, purchasing (via PCP) and getting my new car has been seamless. Shane Gough was very helpful, answering all my questions and not being at all pushy about a sale. He sent me a useful video of the car and guided me through what I needed to do after I had decided it was the one for me. Very easy to deal with and nice too.
Matt, who delivered the car, was also extremely on the ball and proactive in making sure the process was smooth. Cannot fault a single thing. Thank you!

Ben was very helpful, he sent me a video of the car before I went to see it and took time to explain everything . He listened to my needs and requests. The test drive was on a decent route so I could get a feel for the car. Nothing felt rushed and I was happy with the car purchase experience.

When I arrived at BMW York I inquired about looking at a few cars. Tim was very accommodating with this and was not bothered about showing me the different cars that I wanted to view and made the transition from viewing to test driving seamless. Whilst on the test drive Tim was brilliant as he allowed me to drive the car in the sense that I was not bombarded by sales pitches I was able to drive the car and trust get a feel for the car and if it was what I was wanting. Tim was able to tell me about the car and its features whilst on the test drive but without being overwhelming. I was extremely happy with the car and put down a reserve so that I could go home and work out the figures and felt under no obligation to purchase. I returned later that day to put a deposit down on the car and arranged for pickup the following week. On the day of collection I was shown to my car by Tim to make sure I was happy with the car as I had noticed some touch up points. The paperwork was explained the process simple, easy and then once everything was signed I was taken back to my car and was then helped to set up my driver profile, phone both bluetooth and CarPlay as well as all of the controls being shown and explained. I was also made aware that any issues I was more than welcome to come back to discuss them and be helped so even though the sale was complete and was at its end the help that would be provide to me had not. Both BMW York and Tim were incredible, 10/10.

I’m very happy both with my first ever Mini and with the service I received from Cameron within the dealership. Cameron gave full explanations through each step of the process and was able to answer my questions with a good depth of knowledge. His manager Lucy was also pleasant and supportive to me and this was appreciated.
