I have never driven a full electric car before and was a bit nervous but Andy at the Stockton branch was so lovely with me he made me feel relaxed and took me for a test drive in a car that he had approved to us and myself and my partner absolutely love the car but we wanted the one with Panasonic roof . Rang him to say there was one in a vertu garage down in Nottingham which he arranged for it to come to Stockton for us We love it can I just say a Big Thankyou to Andy and the staff we will definitely be coming back for our next car x

From initial enquiry to collecting the car, the experience was flawless and enjoyable all because of Nick and his great friendly and efficient service.
Nick Jimson kept me updated and informed on each step of the experience, from arranging the car for a test drive, to helping arrange transport for me to get back to the dealership to collect our car.
To understand how good Nick made the experience, I never ever felt sold too, he listened attentively, adapted and supported to let me make the right decisions and always kept communication flowing and responsive.
I highly recommend Nick and the team at BMW Teesside.

Streamlined purchase experience. Regular delivery updates. Minor delivery delay but a full explanation and justification provided. Handover day was effortless as the paperwork etc had been completed earlier. Sales executive cannot be praised enough. It's for these reasons that I keep returning to Vertu Teesside BMW.

Initially on visiting Vertu Teesside I was looking to purchase a second-hand mini. However after entering the showroom and meeting the wonderful Kate that changed into buying a new one! Kate was helpful, professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to Vertu. However when it came to the picking up of my new car the process fell totally flat, No one was there to greet us, the car was meant to be outside, it wasn’t, it was then brought over to the forecourt with water still dripping on it, marks on the convertible roof and finger marks all over the glass. All of which Kate had to personally tackle. Bizarrely another salesman joined us and went into a monologue about how bird poo couldn’t be removed successfully from cars. I asked him to explain why then have I been sold and purchased, at the cost of hundreds of pounds, the special coating treatment for it from Vertu to do exactly that?! Fast forward to two weeks later and I’m still having to wipe dried polish off my car :-( The whole experience at pick up stage was flat and underwhelming. I expected my car to be pristine on pick up, I expected to feel special as a customer after all; buying a new car isn’t exactly cheap! It didn’t help that friends and family all experienced that special ‘new car’ feeling via other dealers yet sadly mine was completely the opposite. You’re only as good as the customer experience and I feel Vertu failed to deliver this at the final car handover. That being said Kate deserves nothing but praise for her professionalism and for going the extra mile to help clean the car. It wasn’t just myself let down by the after sales, she deserved so much more also.
