Absolutely not the shoes I ordered . These are terrible shoes can’t even get my foot in them . They also advertising them as Clarke’s shoes , they certainly are not they are cheap and nasty . Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on line . Disgraceful company . As you can imagine very unhappy.

This company refuses to allow returns despite their returns policy stating they do. I gave been fighting with emails for weeks, and refuse to give up. Their customer service is shocking to say the least.

Do not use. Automated email for refunds saying you cannot return items although it clearly states on the website that you can.

Horrible customer service. Number in the UK isn't even recognised. Definite scam.

The website is a scam. Product sold not as described and came from temu. The are refusing to refund.

I purchased a White Fox hoodie and was very disappointed with the quality. The material is thin and does not feel like a genuine White Fox product. The sizing is also much smaller than an authentic White Fox hoodie, making it uncomfortably tight.
I requested to return the item for a refund, but the company refused to accept the return. Instead, they offered, as a "gesture of goodwill," to exchange the item, provided I pay the return postage. I find this completely unacceptable. I don't want an exchange because the fabric feels cheap and is not what I expected. I simply want to return the item and receive a refund.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

This company drop ships products from Temu with embellished description. Customer service makes ridiculous demands as a way of refusing to deal with returns. Do not buy from them.

This company are Scammers and Liars selling awful fake, broken, shoddy goods, and refusing returns.
Do not confuse them with the reputable company Vero Moda.
I have contacted my bank regarding them. I have ordered a new bank card as I do not trust them. AVOID at all costs. There should be an option for ZERO stars.

Do not buy from here. Been trying to refund a poor quality dress and they’re doing anything but give me a refund. Even though their policy states no longer wanted or damaged items can be refunded!!!!!!

I ordered a shirt, which arrived and looked nothing like the advertised item on their site. Only after trying to resolve the matter, did I discover they had used another retailers photographs. The original shirt was very expensive on another site...they used the images and advertised it for £60 less....the shirt that I received was very, very poor quality. Extremely difficult to contact, based overseas, eventually offered me 10% of my money back and told I could keep the shirt...which was awful. Managed to get my money back through my bank after evidencing they had falsely advertised the shirt.

Really poor quality and customer service were awful to deal with, making every excuse possible for a faulty product.

Avoid at all costs. This is not a legitimate company. When it finally arrived - weeks late - the clothing itself is some of the worst quality I’ve ever encountered and their customer service is non-existent. They will not engage or reply to requests for return label. Like others I’ve had to open a dispute with my credit card provider to try resolve the issues I've had and get a refund. If there was a 0 star option, I’d give that.

This should be zero star. I tried to return the unopened items but was ignored for two weeks. I was then offered a 50% refund and further e-mails were ignored. I had to contact my bank for assistance. Please avoid.

Firstly it took weeks for a pair of not at all orthopedic slippers to arrive. Sold as orthopedic they could not be less orthopaedic. No moulded foot bed or arch support so utterly useless. I’ve been battling with them for weeks to ask how to return them & get refunded. Just endless emails from robots or people with no morals! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE CHARLATANS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

One month and still no garment nor communication

Ordered an ‘AX Paris’ skirt and after reading these reviews when I went to check my banking it seemed they were already on to this retailer and stopped the payment
I received the item today and all I can say is the reviews aren’t wrong unfortunately
What arrived was a skirt that faintly resembled the one advertised, no labels and clearly counterfeit
How this ‘business’ is still running I have no idea . What makes it worse is they think a customer is stupid and won’t notice it’s fake 🫣 Reported to Trading standards
Do not waste your time and money on these idiots ! They will be closed down soon enough

This company treat their customers like idiots. The product I received was not the same as the one I ordered. Communication is tricky, but originally they offered me a 35% refund and said I could keep the item. I replied I wanted a full refund as the error came from their end. I’ve now had a reply stating I did receive what I ordered and they have proof. Lucky for me I also have proof. I’m not wasting any more time communicating with them. I aim to contact my credit card company for a credit back.

Complete scam. I ordered a skirt and from the image on their website. They are obviously coping and pasting pictures from the genuine website as what I received was totally different and looked like it was from shein.
When I’ve been contacting them to find out how to do a return their customer service is a total joke. Rude emails from their customer service and not providing their return address.

As others have said, this company is 100% dodgy. I ordered a top that was clearly too small to be the correct size, and the quality was awful. I emailed them and the person said they don’t do refunds for not liking the fit. It says all over the website returns are no questions 30 day guarantee.

I have had to cancel my card now because they are clearly a fraud company.

They have copied the name of a similar well known brand and I fell for that like others have too. Don’t order from here unless you want to throw money down the drain and risk them scamming more money from you.

Paid for white leather backpack! Not expensive but that’s not the point.
Eventually received a non leather item with dodgy zips and a stain/mark on front of the bag. Weird lining too slimy and crinkly.
I’ll take it to the charity shop and never use this company again.
