Veriheal makes the whole process of finding and meeting with a doctor specializing in medical canabis super easy. The customer service from Grace through the online chat was great. She quickly scheduled my renewal appointment and answered all of my questions.

My concern was how to upload my photo-id from my iPad. Portia explained it wasn't necessary since my photo-id was already on file.

I've been putting off getting my card because I thought it would be a huge hassle, and I didn't know how things worked. Once I was approved and registered with the state, I still didn't really know what I was doing, so when I reached out through chat, Jane was there to help me. Very nice, didn't know what they were doing. Gave the wrong discount, gave the wrong appointment availability, and couldn't run my card. They had someone call me who gave me the correct discount, rescheduled my appointment to the hours you are available, and successfully ran my card. Thank goodness for phone support :)
