Do not contact this law firm, it is a complete waste of time. Justice is not their first priority, they are doing the same thing as those law firms that the Law Society and SRA said :

- my husband's case should be taken to court

We contacted Ventura Law in January 2026, 6 months ago, after we contacted the Law Society and SRA who said we should take my husband's case to court. Ventura Law asked for evidence, they said they would discuss it, we emailed several times, no response, tried calling, they said they would call back. On the last phone call, Himanshu Batra said he would discuss it with one of his colleagues and would get back to us next week, he has not called since. After that, we wrote a final email, in the final email I asked for a fair yes or no answer as to whether they would take on my husband's case, but of course I didn't get a response.

Stone cold time wasters. Avoid like the plague. Rude, unprofessional grifters.

They would schedule a phone call and never bother calling. I had a confirmation via email of my scheduled phone call at 1.30 pm this afternoon. Nothing happened then. That's a good sign to keep clear of this lot.

The fact that they have their office registered in a Regus building should be your first red flag.

The fact that they meet you in a hotel's caffe rather than their office is your second red flag.

They promised me a barrister's advice on merits of my claim for a large sum of money and I have never seen neither the barrister advice nor my money back. Now I need to take them to court to get my money back.
