I bought 3 dresses from them, spent over $90, and received crap that looked like it came from Walmart. The clothing was cheap material and cheaply made. Looked nothing like the dresses depicted on their website. This site is a scam. And it took 3 weeks for me to get my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. SCAM!

Absolutely scam of a company! I never received my items!

I was really excited for the dress. It came with strings coming out of it and looked like a used crappy dress. Size small was more like large! Awful and came from China in a small package.
Customer service was so bad, they told me to resell it to others and they would give me $5 are you kidding?!

Do not buy from Venidress. Their dresses may look beautiful but they are poorly made and not true to size. After reading the return rules, I decided to purchase a dress with the idea that I could return it if it doesn’t fit. It’s a gamble to buy clothes off the internet without trying them on first. Well unfortunately the dress did not fit well at all. I contacted the company about the process of returning it. They basically told me they would not return it but offer me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. That does not even cover the cost of the dress I purchased nor do I want to buy anything else from this company and be out more money. Safe yourself the hassle and do not buy anything from here.

Absolutely awful! I purchased two dresses both of which look nothing like the photo. The fabric is super cheap quality. I spent $50 and they’re offering me $16 as a refund!!! Do NOT buy from here!

Never buy from this sight. Still waiting on my merchandise. It has not shipped. They will not refund me...offered me a discount on next order. Why would I order more?

Listen to the reviews on this site. They take photos of products from other online retailers and post them as their own products. However, the clothing you receive is completely different from what is advertised in the photos. The clothing is cheap and just terrible quality. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Complete scam company, terrible customer service, orders take at least 2 months to arrive. DO NOT BUY. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this company and paid for it.

This is the BIGGEST crock of s***!!! Bought 4 dresses, it took almost 4 weeks to finally get them. Once I received them, they were so sheer that you can see right through them. Two of the dresses were completely sewn incorrectly. When I contacted customer service, they wanted me to send them a picture of the dresses (which I thought was extremely strange). After I sent them the photos, they said they would either refund me as long as I agreed to pay shipping (which they say is $30 because the warehouse is in CHINA) or I can keep the dresses and they would refund me $5 after I spent $100 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Terrible clothing, terrible refund policy, and terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 dresses that were shown to be solid in pictures on the Venidress website. Dresses that arrived were completely sheer— not at all the dresses pictured. After sending Veni customer Service pictures of the incorrect dresses I received, Veni would only let me return my garments if paid ALL of the postage to send them back to China which would cost more than the dresses themselves . The customer service rep asked me if I knew anyone that I could sell them to instead. Worst return experience I have ever experienced for their errors! This website is a scam. Company is in China and reps speak broken english. Plus,it took a month to get my order as it ships from China. Buyer beware!

Poorly made, cheap. Won't accept returns. They literally just ghosted me through email. How do they even make the dresses look nice in the photos??

All I get is a copy and pasted template telling me they are sorry for the inconvenience when I try to get the return details from them. Biggest scam ever. Wish I read all of this before purchasing $200 of clothing.

Terrible clothes.. very poorly made... They will fall apart if you look at them wrong and are completely see through. I wish I would have known. You also cannot return unless you want to pay for shipping back to China... which is more expensive than the clothing.

Do not order from this company. They don’t even honor their own policies. I’ve tried to cancel my order via email because I cannot reach anyone by phone. My order has been “preparing to ship” for over 20 days and they won’t let me cancel it even though their policy is that I can get refund if it hasn’t shipped. So many people have been scammed by them...not receiving orders, received wrong item or size, poor quality, etc... They have removed all negative feedback on their Instagram and Facebook pages. Unhappy customers have been reaching out to both those companies along with PayPal to try to get them to quit supporting them. They have no right to treat their customers the way they have!

My experience with Venidress has been awful. From the make of the clothing regarding sizing to the customer service and them not honoring their return policy.

I ordered a cute dress I kept seeing online and when it arrived it felt very tight around the mid thigh. This wasn't how it appeared on the model who was wearing it in the pic. The picture showed her walking up steps, using every two, so very wide leg stance. The other pics also showed the model in a wide leg stance forward facing. I wouldn't be able to do any of these things in this dress. The model was thin, she had average athletic legs, not terribly long and she appeared to have a flat stomach because the dress was form fitting in the mid section. The dress I received was so baggy in the mid section that I think you need to be pregnant and 8 mos along to fill it. My concern ordering the dress was that it would be too short as the model didn't appear to have very long legs and I do. This was not an issue---it was the only aspect that was not an issue.

I also ordered a cute pair of jeans that a model displayed a very toned flat stomach and again, not terribly long legs. The jeans fit the model tight to the leg and tight against her flat stomach (she was shirtless in the pics). The jeans fit me in the legs in that they were form fitting. Tho the waist band I could easily fit three of me in. There is no way someone with wider legs would fit those jeans. The jeans are meant for someone who has a larger belly or pregnant belly and yet thin legs. Very unusual.

My dimensions are: 5'9.5" long legs and I weigh 130.
I followed the directions about returns and what appeared during my purchase to be a normal return policy. This wasn't the case as I went back and forth with the company regarding returning my merchandise they kept saying that they can't return it or exchange it.
I will never purchase from them, I hope no one I know wastes their money on Venidress products.

Pathetic excuse for a company. I received my $35 dress and it was the cheapest made dress I’ve ever purchased. Thin material with one line of stitching on edges. It smelled like chemicals. The fit was like I was wearing a pillowcase, loose and unflattering. They don’t allow comments on their Facebook posts because they know they’d all be customers complaining about their products. I’ve spent 4 days emailing back and forth with support because all I want to do is return my dress but they aren’t offering any way to do so. I give up. I’m not wasting anymore time with this cheap misleading company. Do not buy anything from them.

Horrible! Cuts not true too size at all, very poor quality stitching and fabric. Customer support is unresponsive and returns so far impossible. Awful!!!

Horrible. Ordered 3 dresses hoping one would work for my 40th birthday party. They didn't arrive in time. Took a month from when I ordered. The dresses I received are NOT the same dresses I ordered. They looked similar but def poor quality unlike what they advertised. They tell you to contact customer service in order to return but they dont respond.
Would definitely recommend NEVER to purchase from this company.

Was surprisingly quite pleasant when my order arrived after reading all the negative reviews, liked the style of the dress, the quality wasn't amazing for the price but no worse than primark standards,and found the fit ok. Communication from the company wasn't great and the delivery took over 2 weeks. Probably wouldn't order from them again though considering all the bad experiences others have had.

AVOID!
Dress took over a month to arrive. When it did it was covered in red marks and the holes were too small for the buttons so I couldn't undo it and do it up!
Requested a return, finally got an address in China weeks after chasing! Spent $10 returning it (& $38 on the dress). Surprise surprise no refund. They have said they haven't received the dress. Absolute scam artists. Horrible robbing people! Do not buy from them!
