Don't get sucked in by the cute dresses on the website. The quality is absolutely terrible with exposed stitching and dresses are not fitted. I wanted to return my defective dress and they are requiring I pay $30 to ship to China. My alternative? They will refund me $5. This is even after I sent in photos the the defective dress I received. Complete scam.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLY QUALITY! I received and one of the dresses had a 3 inch are of the seam that was not sewn and the other has a crooked seam. I asked for a refund (to return you have to ship overseas and the shipping costs more than the dress!). The refused the refund and offered me a percentage off my next order. I would NEVER order from them again. Looks cute online but don't be fooled.

Quality of the items are not as they seem on the website. In addition, they do not provide payment or shipping confirmation so you are unaware of when the order has been shipped. I contacted customer service twice about the shipment of my order and they provided no confirmation # or shipment date. I would not order from this site again, nor would I recommend others to as well.

TOTAL SCAM. I paid $200 for my order for it to come from China with a packing slip that said the charges were $33. Talk about price markup! Unfortunately I'm going through the same process as everyone else. It's been a week and a half and they won't send me a return shipping address - I told them I will pay for the shipping but I want to return my order. They told me to take pictures of the clothes and describe what's wrong - I've literally told them numerous times that I don't like the quality/material or the dress in general. I paid by credit card so I might just have to call the credit card company.

It's not worth buying a dress if you can't return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can 100% agree with all the reviews below. This is the most appalling company i've ever come across. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM. Products are horrendous and do not match descriptions. They ship from China. I bought $108 of clothes, all of which were laughably cheap. They even sent how much the product cost was - almost 97% mark up!

The return process was non existent. I couldn't afford to send it back to Shanghai (I am in London and it would cost £60 as she said I had to send it via tracking). The number on the website doesn't work, I had no idea they operated from China, they reply very slowly and ignored everything I had to say.

Similar to some reviews below, they also said I should just keep or resell the clothes...um what?!

Ultimately they have taken $108 out of my pocket, and are a FRAUDULENT company who should be held accountable.

Do NOT buy from this company! The company is based in China and the quality of the clothing is the worst I've ever encountered! I have no idea how there are so many good reviews. I believe they're filtered or fake. The customer service is terrible as well. I purchased over $100 worth of clothing from Venidress. I was extremely unhappy with the fit and quality. It took forever, going back and forth, with customer service before they finally agreed to let me send the items back for a refund. It cost me $23 to ship the items back since it's in China. In order to get tracking info, I would've had to pay an additional $50. I decided not to do that. 2 months later, they claim they still have not received my return. I spent nearly $150 total and have not been reimbursed. This company is a complete scam!

I suspect this company is in China or headquartered abroad. I purchased two dresses back in April and they never came after three weeks. When I inquired the English was broken and I was told that they had a problem with delivery. I paid through paypal and have never had an issue with any company delivering to my address. They never stated what the "issue" was, they never attempted to resend. I tried contacting a couple of more times with no response at all so I made a claim through Paypal and my credit card company directly. My CC company returned the funds immediately and has contacted the manufacturer. It is mid July and no resolution has been made by Venidress.

This company is absolutely terrible. I bought three dresses from them. One was absolutely TERRIBLE and I tried to return it. I contacted them in May 2018. They didn't respond until June 8th. I sent them the pictures they requested for the return and then they went silent for an entire month. I contacted them about once a week or so asking for a response. Finally on July 8th they responded asking for more photos. Needless to day I think this isn't going to go anywhere. This company is a SCAM and no one should buy their terrible products.

Fraudulent company that does not uphold their clearly stated return policy online. Avoid at all cost!
Not to mention the scam that is their return policy, the cloths are literally garbage. I've never seen such poor quality.

The return process is absolutely impossible. The products ship from China, it took over a month to receive them, and I've been emailing back and forth with them for over a week requesting a return label for a refund. Do not purchase unless you are 100% sure of sizing and garment quality.

I read all the negative reviews for Venidress before I purchased with them. I decided to proceed with the purchase because I thought the dress styles I chose would look great even if the material wasnt good quality. I ordered 3 dresses and they are all fantastic. These are the dresses I chose and the colours I picked. #1 was amazing, the material worked very well with the style and it looks like a good quality piece that you would get at a boutique. #2 is a perfect summer dress, it looks like something you would purchase at a market. #3 the material was thinner than I expected but I liked that. The top looks best with a strapless bra because the material is thin, but the style is very cute.

Delivery was on time and communication and tracking were great.

When ordering with Veni, I would suggest that you consider the material and the style, as some styles look amazing regardless of material and others just dont work. Flowy dresses like the ones above work best and are difficult to get wrong!

Echoing the terrible experiences everyone else had. I also was asked to explain 'how' what they sent me was poor quality/construction so i actually put together a number of comparison photos of what i received vs. what's advertised on the site.

Their response back? Not only did they not even address the garbage quality of what they sent, but they offered me a FIVE dollar refund on a $160 purchase. They also encouraged me i could "keep or resell" the items. Gee, thanks.

I just got off the phone with PayPal and they (i hope) will be refunding me in full once they get in touch with Venidress. I highly recommend you DON'T purchase from this site, but if you HAVE i encourage you to escalate this with PayPal (just call their customer service department). They were very accommodating, and i hope with enough phone calls they may stop doing business with Venidress all together.

I also submitted a complaint to Instagram/Facebook to remove targeted ads, and will be filing a complain with BBB.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I experienced many of the same things. Only 2 of 6 items were North American sizing or material. The rest were cheap knockoffs of what are probably nice items somewhere else and are not as advertised. They do not know the difference between a rebate and a refund and do not offer refunds (like the website says), they offer pitiful amounts of money back that would not even cover shipping if I were to send the items back. The customer service is not good, and I have asked 4 times for a return policy and address, and they keep coming back with terrible rebates like, 15% off next time and $30 USD (the total with customs cost me $250 Canadian). This company does not meet North American quality standards or standards of business, as it is riddled with false advertising. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought...hopefully I can save someone else.

Seriously, save yourself the money and headache and stay away from this SCAM. I paid extra to receive my dress on time. I actually received it pretty quickly, but it doesn’t fit. I reached out to return, per the instructions on their site. They asked for me to take pictures and give them my normal measurements. ...... um, no, not doing that. Then they basically insisted it’s better to resell because shipping back to China will be too expensive. Well super. I should have listened to all the reviews. I’d give a ZERO star if I could.

This company is THE worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
The dress I paid $30 US for had only one half of the belt sewn on one side. It was already frayed and coming apart at the seams before I even tried it on. It would have cost $70 to ship it back from Canada for a refund. When I asked for a discount off another item equivalent to the price of this dress they offered me $4.00 and suggested I sell it? Who would buy it?

I will be lodging a complaint through PayPal with the hope that if enough of us do the same, perhaps they will cease doing business with a company that is effectively stealing our funds by misleading us with a picture of an item that turns out to be nothing like that in reality.

I will also be contacting my credit card company that I use via PayPal requesting a refund as I did not receive the service/item I paid for.

I wish I had seen others' reviews before I purchased. The dress I received from my instagram purchase was low quality and ill-fitting. After I contacted the company to return it, I found out it is located in China, and returning the item requires international postage, customs paperwork, and a $40-$50 tracking fee! I knew something was wrong when I contacted the company, and they suggested that I try to sell the item to someone else or keep it and get a percentage off a future purchase. WHAT? This is very misleading. I will be following up with my credit card company about the purchase. Please heed all the warnings you see!

As of now I’m contacting google, my credit card company, google, my local authorities, the state, the consumer protection agency and all relevant prosecutorial authorities. Do not buy products from this website. All items are not as advertised and you will not receive a refund. This is 100% fraud. Repeat... do not purchase! ...and if you did contact your credit card company immediately!!

I am going to be honest. I read the reviews after making my purchased of 4 dresses and I was extremely nervous. My experience is that their communication was very poor but I emailed twice and then received confirmation and all my tracking info.
My dresses came about 14 days after my purchased and that includes shipping around the 4th of July. The dresses fit like expected and I am actually going to reorder one style in a couple colors.
I just wanted to share my positive experience cause there was a lot of negative comments.
Communication could be better but the dresses are cute!!
