Easy to use and such a time saver! Great support if needed and the team is always working to make this product even better.

I've been using Vendoo for several years now and I feel they've been doing a great job adding more and more features. Navigating the highs and lows of online marketplaces is tricky, somedays ebay sales are slamming, other days it's nothing - which makes crossposting a lifesaver. I've been an online seller since 1998, so I've seen so many changes during those 25+ years - having tools like Vendoo really help to diversify. I especially appreciate the delisting tool, importing, background remover, and they have excellent customer service when issues do happen.
I do wish they would have a delister for Etsy sales, and yes currently there are some issues with Mercari which appears to be due to Mercari making some changes. Vendoo is not perfect, but they regularly come out with new features, updates, new platforms etc which in this adapt or die business, it crucial.

Vendoo has become part of the way we run our entire reselling business. We can crosslist, organize inventory, and keep track of what’s selling where without losing our minds.

If you’re a reseller who wants to grow and treat this like a real business, we highly recommend trying Vendoo.

I've never left a review for a service I have used but this is a game changer. It being so user friendly and well designed easily helped me add probably $10k AT LEAST in sales profit to my business this year opposed to when I wasn't using Vendoo. I love how there is a dedicated and responsive customer service team always ready to help with any issues. Steffani was very helpful and responsive in guiding me through possible solutions when an issue arose with my inventory not showing up in active. It was a site wide issue and it was solved within a couple of hours. She checked back often and gave me updates which was so great because I knew the team was working to get the problem solved in a timely manner

Vendoo has made it so easy to crosslist my items to multiple platforms. Crosslisting is one of those things that I wish I started sooner, and with Vendoo it just takes a couple clicks of a button and I'm done. I also appreciate how they have added more tools in the last few months, like marketplace sharing, sending offers, and automated offers. They are constantly working on improving and figuring out what resellers need and making it happen.

I cannot say enough about Vendoo! They always strive for excellence in making the reseller experience as fast and seamless as it can be so we resellers can make more money! I've been with Vendoo since it was in Beta and in my experience they have worked tirelessly to continue growing their services to give the reselling community the tools to work smarter AND harder!! Vendoo does what it says and keeps adding features. Perfect if you list on multiple platforms. The Vendoo team is amazing, they listen and resolve issues quickly.

Customer Service was prompt for replying to my message and helped solve my problem quickly.

I have been using Vendoo since approximately September 2024.
The software is easy to use and generally, the support is ok.
However, it is BUGGY!
I cannot tell you the number of times that I have sold something more than once.
It feels like every month, there is a new issue.
This month was no exception in that Vinted updated their sizing. 3/4 weeks later and though all that was actually needed, was a remap of sizes, it's still not fixed on Vendoo. So if I list something as a size 16, it will list on Vinted as a size 20 (I think, offhand).
I was told a few days ago that the issue was fixed and that all should be good.
It wasn't fixed at all!
I then had to prove to support that I had been told this.
Provided a screen print and all I got in response was Oh.... No apology. And barely an acknowledgement.
This also in turn meant that had it actually worked, EVERY SINGLE item with a female size on, would have to be redone!
Which also brings back the fact that the software is basically working against Vinted rules.
To clarify. It is against the rules to relist and item unless there is a major change to it. However, because of the way that Vinted works, if you want to change absolutely anything on a listing, then the only way to do so, is to end and relist it!
This will end up in WARNINGS from Vinted. Which in turn can lead to the LOSS OF YOUR VINTED ACCOUNT! Be warned, this can and DOES happen.

I had the final nail in the coffin today where they decided to cancel my account due to none payment.
Without going into all the details, suffice it to say, that there was money in the account, they have taken money, but apparently it's for last month, which was actually paused!

And now they expect me to prove it to them.
They are not interested in actually keeping the customer, just the MONEY!

Cowboys is the word that sums it all up.

They only good thing about this, is it's cheap. I'd rather pay twice as much for something reliable.

Vendoo has great customer support and is very easy to use . I just love it.Keeps me organized and allows me to cross list so easily.

Limited experience with the app but their customer service has been top notch. I had an issue with my billing and account and they took care of it 100% very honorably. It says a lot about a company when they care about their customers long term.

This is such a great tool for resellers - super easy and intuitive. You can tell this was designed by someone who has done this job before. Have used this for almost 2 years now & it just keeps getting better!
