i ordered 3 dresses but 2 of them fitted smaller than expected. Even though, they helped me with an exchange, but I had to wait longer than usual. On the other hand the dress is cute and the material quality is fair

If I I could give this place a negative star I would. Their return policy is a total scam. They say their are no returns allows for sale items, but almost every item is marked as being on a discount? Also, there was an item is my order that I clearly paid full price for, I sent them a screenshot of what it displayed on their site + what I paid and they still insisted it was on sale and would not clarify further. Something is super sketchy about this business.

Buyer beware. THIS STORE IS A SCAM. The quality is poor. Notice that everything is marked “sale” - so guess what that means? No returns. No refunds. You will be left with a cheap rag. Shop somewhere else.

Product did not match size measurements listed on website-dress came in significantly larger than measurements listed. When contacted Customer Service via email for a refund-will not refund. Offered a 15% refund-even though website states 30 day return policy. Do not purchase from this website-plenty of other options out there-buyer beware!!

If you need to return something they ask that you pay shipping to Germany which is not what their return policy says at all. Return shipping is more than the item so basically they will scam you out of your money and make you email them at least 4 times about a return

Purchased two dresses. The quality in person compared to photos misrepresented. The dresses were crumpled in a bag and look used & dirty. Now the company says they don't do returns or refunds. The items took very long to arrive. Do NOT RECOMMEND

ALWAYS CHECK THE RETURN POLICY FIRST. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but my experience shopping here was negative. I purchased a dress for the sale price of $64.99 and I received a dress that did not look like the photo. It looked like a cheaply made dupe of the dress in the photo. The company said it was final sale because it was a sale price, which is my fault completely for falling for this scam. The dress at best looked like it should cost no more than $20. They allowed me to get a partial refund and keep the dress. Wanna know the plot twist? THIS DRESS IS SOLD ON SHEIN FOR $29.28! Now I know where they get their clothes. They buy cheap off Shein and sell them on their website.

Moral of the story: please don’t be dumb like me and fall for scams. Read the return policy, look on TrustPilot, and check other stores for similar items.

The dresses are see through, poor quality fabric, not as described or pictured, and not wearable. They haggled about refund, will only refund %40. My advice is to go gather some toilet paper and scotch tape and make your own dress, save yourself some money.

The item was so cheap looking.I emailed them 3 times per their instructions to either return or get a store credit and received NO RESPONSE. I would never order from this company again.And-I almost never post negative reviews as I am rarely so challenged about receiving customer service. Horrible

The dress that I received did not look anything like the dress in the picture on their website. In fact, the dress was shown in a different fabric with different layers than the one I received. The one I received look like it had been sewn by a four year-old. The fabric look like a bedsheet, and it has no tags in it. The quality was so terribly poor. They said I cannot return it because it was a sale item and offered me 15% or 100% toward another dress. I would absolutely never buy another single thing from this company. China sham company. I should’ve done my homework beforehand. Do not buy from this company.

This was quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer. I'm an avid online shopper and I have never ever written any sort of review for a company but I have to for this.

I ordered two wedding guest dresses on July 6th. The first one didn't arrived until August 2, which was after my weddings, annoying but all good, waiting until I receive the second one to return both. The second dress did not arrive with the first one even though the confirmation email said it should have. I contacted Customer Support and they said it will arrive separately. And now it's been 45 DAYS since my original order and the second dress STILL has not arrived. Customer Support keeps saying its coming but has no concrete ETA and further feedback, and confirmed they cannot issue any sort of refund before that.

I would definitely avoid shopping here. The worst delivery experience and customer service help I have received likely ever. Who knows if this dress will ever arrive and after my experience so far, I can't even imagine what the timeline for the refund will be.

Just what expected, it arrived fast and on time for my event. Love the satin feeling of the dress and its also very comfortable

I am sorry to say that I have had a bad experience with this company. I ordered two dresses and one had a hole in it and the second one was oversized and I needed to return them. The fabric was very pretty however neither dress had tags of any sort. I emailed multiple times and called the company and did not receive any response.

I was extremely disappointed with the dress I received because almost nothing about it matched the description on the website. The length was significantly shorter than advertised, and the material was completely different from what was described. The listing stated chiffon, but the fabric I received was thick, stiff, and uncomfortable. A neighbor of mine who is a seamstress even commented that it felt more like polyester broadcloth than chiffon.
The pattern is the only thing remotely similar to the photos online, but the cheap construction and heavy fabric completely take away from the look and feel shown in the pictures. I actually hoped the dress could be salvaged with alterations, but even a professional seamstress felt the quality of the material was the main issue.
What makes this especially disappointing is that the dress looks beautiful in the website photos, and other reviews made me feel confident ordering from this company. Unfortunately, the item I received was absolutely not the dress as described on the site. I would not have purchased it had the listing accurately represented the fabric, construction, and measurements.
The customer service was responsive at least. But definitely not willing to help other than offer an extremely small refund.

Buyer Beware; Do not purchase from the company. This company will not provide you a refund for a dress I paid full price. I purchased the floral satin midi dress for $89.99. I received it on May 17, 2026. I didn’t try it on because I could see it was not going to fit. I emailed the company the same day to get authorization to return the dress for a full refund.

I wrote back that I was unaware it was on sale since I paid $89.99 and now it is on sale for $59.99 and showing a 30 day return policy. Here is their response.
