Edit: 1st February. I finally got the full refund and reimbursement for return shipping. I can say don't but a SanDisk dual luxe ultra. Rip off that doesn't work as advertised and there are much better options if after a large capacity drive. Look at the mini external ssds available. There are a few that are only slightly larger than a standard usb stick but they work so much better. Also there are things like dock case and you can get an m.2 2230 drive to put in it and they are tiny as well. Not quite as small but they sandisk option just won't work or if the model you get does work for you it'll only work till the outer section falls off when you have it on a keyring and you lose your drive.

Edit: I have been given a refund although waiting on reimbursement that they promised with the return parcel fee. It wasn't much but but it's principal of the situation to see how they are overall. I think some of the resolution is also due to when I mentioned having an issue to kogan and they have continually been on the case as u have been told by kogan.

Unsure, but I wouldn't say positive at this stage as I ordered a SanDisk dual luxe ultra 1TB on 15th November. Around the 12th December I asked how far off it would be as the supplied tracking number does not work and they said it should have arrived by now so another few emails went back and forth to then getting a tracking number and receiving it just before Christmas.
When I thought I'd test it I found it does get really hot but also the transfer speeds drop down to less than 30MBps but it appears to be next to nothing as when compared transferring for a test 100Gb data on an external usb hard drive it would do it in a reasonable amount of time but the sandisk drive just got hot and I could leave it for a day or 2 and it'll still be transferring and when it is eventually done transferring If it did complete, half the files would be corrupt. Transferring small files seemed to work. I let them know the issues and did find some people online saying the drive is good but a fair few complaining of the same issues and currently unsure if a replacement would be any better or the same so I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for the last week or 2 unless they can tell me they aren't all that terrible and unusable, but time will tell remembering I did order it on the 15th November 2023 and a resolution is still ongoing which has been a 2 month process so far.

Quick delivery, very good price, no messing around with extra shipping costs either.

DO NOT LISTEN to the apologists on this site!!! This "company" does not provide any tracking number for items purchased, and for me no item at all was delivered. The "customer service" involves an email reply at best 4-5 days after your enquiry, and when questioned about tracking, the response is evasive, short and cagey, and with smileys ;) to skirt around your issue. For me, a replacement item was claimed to be sent but no tracking and nothing arrived again. Request for refund went unanswered and it was for this possibility I had used PayPal to report the issue. The apologists on this site must get scammed on a weekly basis! At absolute best this "company" sells items but are too cheap to pay for tracking, and don't care about responding to issues. This conduct is very common among scammers who hope buyers simply give up before a refund is due. I don't care if a few people here eventually received an SD card. A scammer can still send a few items out to fortunate buyers as the cost of scamming the ones who get ignored. The ~$10 saving is not worth the gamble of not receiving and having to wait weeks for a refund. This company does not behave like a legitimate business and I would warn anyone against encouraging this sort of conduct.

Cheapest prices around. I did a lot of research for the product I needed and Veloreo came up the best with pricing at around 30% cheaper than everyone else.
My order was placed in the morning and by the afternoon it was on its way.
That's what I call 'great service'.

Was good, bought 512gb storage card for Nintendo Switch. Was cheap and arrived within a week. No issues works well.

REALLY BAD DELIVERY TIMES. Bought a Usbc flash drive from bunnings website and they stated a 1-2 days delivery but on the 4th day I rang up bunnings only for them to tell me this is a 3rd party company and they can’t do anything about it as it doesn’t even have a tracking number. So when I decided to ring up the company only to have someone to end my call and followed by a text saying “I’m driving” I ask where my item was along with the order no from bunnings and th e there was no reply but on that evening at midnight I received and email from bunnings saying, it will take 1-2 days to have it send to aus post and then 3-8 business days to send it to you. Which in my opinion I’m terrible! I only had order as I saw the delivery date and I needed by then. They provided a tracking number which leads to AusPost and doesn’t say anything! Now I wonder if it will even come. Order at your own risk!!

Easy communication in enquiring the product prior the purchase, and it arrived in reasonable timing.

Happy with response when ordering product & quality. Only fault is lack of tracking information after item shipped - heard nothing till item arrived - note item arrived within suppliers est. date. Merv.

Great product , pictures out of date. Took some time to dispatch the product. But would have given 5 stars if I was informed about the delay.

Really bad experience as others have mentioned, coincidentally for SD cards as well. Advertised as 3-5 days delivery... now going into the weekend and looking at 12+ days even if it shows up on Monday. Their "support" is useless messages like "it should arrive soon" (literally that was the message). In the meantime, Mwave and Core Electronics all managed to deliver within 3 days (ordered same time) yet somehow this company requires "2 days to pack" and "up to 8 days" to deliver a tiny envelope via AusPost despite advertising much shorter times. In the end had to buy the cards elsewhere for a job... the $10 I thought I'd save ended up costing me $20 more in fuel and time... maybe more if I have to take this to small claims court.
