There was absolutely no tracking for almost 2 weeks then I noticed the shoes I was waiting on were sold on Chinese site SHEIN for half the price. I was very disappointed and found the whole experience a nightmare as I needed my shoes for a holiday and I didn’t receive them. I will never shop at Veloire again.

Had a very similar experience to other reviews found here. Item ordered was not similar to the picture, and was terrible quality. Customer service tried to avoid acccepting a return, mulitple times, and only supplied me with a return address once I stated my legal consumer rights. As the company is based in China, the cost of sending the item back (plus any undetermined customs fees) did not make the item worth returning.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered a dress and when it finally arrived, it was not the dress I ordered. I tried to get the address to send it back, with me paying postage. No address. First they wanted me to keep the dress at a 25% discount. Then when I refused that, they offered a 15% discount and for me to keep the dress. I cannot use that dress. They advertise easy returns, but that is not true. I'm still going back and forth with these people and the customer service is very poor!! Please run as fast as you can from this company!

Poor quality and no customer service

Do not believe their return policy. I ordered 2 of the same item - not knowing their true sizing. Neither one fit. I emailed them and requested a return form. They haunted me daily asking if I would keep the items for a 20% refund. My order was $140 and the items do not fit!!! I declined and asked AGAIN for a return form. This went back and forth 12 times!!! I was getting pretty mad. I finally caved and to get rid of them and save my sanity, I settled for a 40% refund. I will donate the items. The quality is bottom of the barrel as well. Order at your own risk!!

Wish I had checked on here before ordering from this company - took a long time to arrive and the material was extremely low quality, no labels and the fit was nothing like it looked in the images online. Thankfully I did receive a partial refund which I chose to do above sending back to China. It is a Netherlands company who get the goods from China. I will try and be wiser next time 🫣 but why are companies like this allowed to trade in the UK?

Refuse to feedback on return policy. Poor quality and false impression leading to a foreign brand, in fact it's from China. Not worth the money nor return cost.

They seems to have other websites selling similar cheap products. Beware!

Horrendous
Delivery took weeks
Whilst name indicates they’re a London company, their company is in the Netherlands but actually the products are from china.
Their communication is terrible, and their product is poor quality
They refused to pay for the return even though they sent the wrong size
They said if I wanted to return it, it would be to china.
It was not until I raised it with my bank that they said they would refund. I am still awaiting a refund.

I wish I had seen this review before I purchased from this website. I agree with the previous review. It is a total scam and they keep trying to get me to keep the poor quality shoes by offering a discount to keep the crap products they sent. They took forever to arrive and they don't tell you it's coming from China until it's too late. Also when I ordered somehow there was more than one pair of shoes for two shoes I ordered even though I didn't put them in the cart. When I received the confirmation email of the order, and contacted them right away they said it was too late to change the order.

SCAM IN EVERY WAY!! STAY AWAY

Be aware this is not uk based company as name suggests. Items are sold from China, very poor quality, not worth the money nor return cost.
