Non-existant technical customer support
Non-existant customer support. Doubled the price advertized. Return/refund offer $6US for $100 purchase.
Only advice was "Try again".
UPDATE:
Loaded GlassX app on Apple iPad and the import features works very well but not on Samsung S22 Ultra Android. The product camera glasses/headset has not been fully developed/programmed for Android. It does NOT import using Android operating system.
UPDATE 2
Velocityout.com apparently does not have access to technical support to help resolve connection issues to import files on Android. Now they offer 13USD but still not offering full refund nor free return shipping to China.
