I have done a number of Hombuyer surveys with SmartHome Surveys and they are great. Adam is so very helpful. The reports are clear and use a helpful traffic light system. Surveyor advice from Alex and Max has been very useful and they go out of their way to assist.

Smarthome surveys did a great job with our level 3 buildings survey. We are first time buyers and were looking at purchasing a doer-upper, but weren't sure of the level of work needed. The survey revealed extensive damp issues and the need for a new roof amongst other issues. Dan was very honest, thorough and generous with his time when we discussed this with him after we'd read his report.
The survey and excellent service was pivotal in us making the decision to walk away and save making a very expensive mistake.
Adam was also wonderful in answering my (many) questions and keeping us informed each step of the way. We will definitely be returning to them for any future possible purchases.
