Smart Home Surveys were really amazing. The survey was thorough, helpful and very insightful and the extras of the colored photos and 3D virtual tour were fantastic. The main differentiator was their outstanding customer service. Not only were they very responsive and timely, but I felt like I had a trusted advisor to ask questions. As a first time home buyer, this was key for me and why I would recommend Smart Home Surveys to friends and family. Hopefully I won't need to be buying another home any time soon, but if I do, I will be using Smart Home Surveys as my surveyors.

Very happy with the service we received. Clear report. Surveyor was very friendly and happy to help us with follow up questions; we sent an email with a lot of questions and he took the time to go through them one by one, and he was also prompt to help even when we asked him something more than a month after the survey was done. I think the report came back 1 or 2 days later than I expected but this did not bother us too much. Thanks Alex & team!

Smart Home Surveys was great. I am satisfied with the service and the quality of the report. Kirstin, the surveyor, went into great detail. Also, Smart Home Surveys helped me find a trusted engineer to do a more in-depth check on a structural problem.

The quality of report was professional in nature. I was satisfied with the detail provided in the report on any urgent and outstanding issues to be addressed. Unfortunately, mistakes were found in the report however the team at Smart Home Surveys were happy to help remediate these errors. I would suggest, with any surveyor assessment, that the report be read very carefully in order to spot any potential issues before purchase.

Smart Home Surveys was great in every sense. They were quick to reply to my emails from day 1, they have a nice portal that tells you the progress of the application, they gave me a good date for the survey to take place, were on time, the seller had no issues with them and then 3 days later I have the detailed Level 2 survey report ready in my hand. Very seamless.

Later on also had a call with Alex to go over some questions I had in the report and he was very patient and helpful in explaining them to me. 5/5
