I had EVLA Foam Sclerotheray for varicose veins on my lower inner leg at the Harley Street Clinic. I was very pleased that I was able to have my consultation and procedure done on the same day, this saved me having to take time with two trips. I was very aware of the cost of the procedure, and the extra cost for the follow up appointment, from the information given on their website. The excellent consultant was very clear with what the procedure would involve, and checking my medical history. The procedure was performed very smoothly and efficiently, with just a little discomfort. Seven weeks after I went for my follow up appointment and needed a couple more Foam Sclerotherapy injections. After 8 weeks I am delighted with the results so far. The veins have shrunk and hardened to a patch which will eventually dissolve and disappear. I do have the staining, which I understand will also fade. The staff I found to be caring and attentive. It is an expensive outlay, but I am pleased I have finally done it and got rid of the varicose veins which would have just got worse.

Convenient consultation appointment options were provided and chosen appointment was held on time (I was offered an earlier appointment which I accepted). Had detailed procedure explained, questions answered, and an ultrasound scan taken which identified the correct issue (not what I had assumed was the issue) and suggested treatment for it. Whole appointment was delivered professionally and without pressure to decide immediately. Have booked my treatment appointment for a time/date convenient to my schedule. All good so far!

I recently had treatment at the Veincentre London, I can honestly say it was such a great experience from the welcoming receptionist staff to the friendly exceptional nurses and Nung Rudarakanchana the doctor who was absolutely brilliant. They all made me feel at ease throughout and explained every procedure, I had varicose veins in both my legs and one leg was very lumpy, I was ashamed to wear shorts but now I am so pleased with the results my legs are now back out in public view, Nung done such a wonderful job I can’t thank her enough.
If you are considering this, please do it, you will be so pleased you did, like me. I wish I had done this sooner.

Dr Nung Rudarakanchana is a complete professional and has excellent knowledge in her chosen speciality. The support staff are also extremely helpful and make any visit seamless.

So far so good. A nice welcome and coffee at reception put me at my ease. After an ultrasound scan to view bloodflow and to work out the best treatment I was given a fixed price. Everything was explained clearly. Very professional and friendly.

Comfortable surroundings. Exceptional efficiency and most of all superb medical procedures carried out in a positive and friendly manner. All staff I met were a good example of how to carry out this type of activity. A special mention for Nung Rudarakanchana who was sensitive and efficient throughout.

It was my follow up appointment after my initial treatment. Dr Nung & her assistant were as professional as ever. Informative & caring, always putting me at ease. My initial treatment was successful & some more work was done on my thread/spider veins. Already beginning to see improvements and am hopefull that in the coming months I will see more! My initial treatment took only 60 minutes & my follow up took around 30 minutes.

I recently had laser and foam sclerotherapy with Miss Nung Rudarakanchana, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. She was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was comfortable, the aftercare was thorough, and my results have been fantastic. My veins look so much better, and I feel much more confident. I would highly recommend Miss Rudarakanchana to anyone considering vein treatment.

Unfortunately I had very bad experience and I'm very upset. I feel like I have been scammed. I was enquiring about veins removal by email. I explained the issue and attached photos. Shortly after I have received reply saying that initial consultation costs £250 and treatment costs£ 450.
I thought its affordable and decided to go ahead and book the consultation. After the scan which casts £250 I find out that treatment costs not £450 but £850 which is not affordable. So I wasted time for scan and consultation which I would never book knowing it costs so much.
I feel like I have been robbed. Makes me wonder if they give wrong information just to attract customers for scans?
Really really bad, would not recommend to anyone. Lost £250
