Amazing quality

Amazing customer service over email. It did take a while for a response but they were so helpful when I did receive an email back.
I was not expecting the quality of the clothes to be so amazing❤️ I will be purchasing more from this website.
I highly recommend this site if you’re looking for gorgeous and long lasting clothes.

Good customer service

After talking with customer service and telling them about my frustration the support representative reached out to me and helped me with the issue that was regarding my bank. They were understanding and did everything they could to help me.

We’re so sorry you haven’t had a great experience.

As mentioned to you via email, we are not able to refund you to a different card on our end. We are physically unable to, there is no way to do it unfortunately. However, we can still issue you a refund to your original payment method which will be received by your original payment provider, and then they will be able to send you the funds to a new account, via check, or another method provided by your bank/credit card provider. This was described to you in an email. The store credit option is just a last resort since you were saying you had trouble with your bank.

We’d love to help you any way possible and are in no way holding your funds, we are just not able to issue a refund to a different card other than the card you used during your original transaction.

Pretty good dress

I ordered a dress from the website and it was pretty good but the only complain I had was the lenght of the dress so I contacted cutomer service who agreed to do an exchange or return.

False Allegations and Petty Customer Service? Read this before you purchase.

Ladies, this is your sign to NOT make that “Veiled Collection” purchase.

I purchased two hijabs and an under-cap. Easy order, right? Oh boy was I wrong.

I received the order with only 1 out of 3 of the items I purchased. I decided to not take it to heart, and to be super understanding in the situation. I politely emailed them the issue, and got a response. To my surprise, the email consisted of myself being disrespectfully questioned. As if I was sitting there behind the screen and planning out exactly how I’d scam them, and take all their money.

They told me they would check packaging cameras. & I simply reply to “please do”.

I mean seriously, if you were in my situation, wouldn’t you feel belittled? I am purchasing HIJABS, meaning I’m obviously Muslim. Why would I pursue a lie on purchasing Islamic headwear. Whatever. it’s protocol right?

I made it clear that I didn’t like the way I was spoken to, and I would simply take the issue up with my bank. You guys wouldn’t BELIEVE the way they responded. Word for word:

“Sounds great! We'll be sure to include the video and the scans in our response. Good luck paying twice for the same order.”

The pettiness, and the disrespect. Again.

One— I am being spoken to like this mischievous scammer and liar sitting behind the screen and planning out my attack.

Two— why the hell are they being petty? We’re not besties? Why are you talking to a customer that paid out of their own pockets for your merchandise in such a manner?

Is it wrong for myself to reach out and be concerned because I didn’t receive my full order? I paid for it besties! I didn’t get it for free?!

Let me have the same attitude back.

Wouldn’t it be easy for you to just record any video, packing my order item for item, and just sending that as a ‘response’? Couldn’t you simply rescan the items and pretend it’s my order? Couldn’t you pull up videos from similar orders and send those? Why are you scamming me by not refunding those missing items? Why do you purchase your items from AliExpress?

It’s not fun being spoken to like scammers, is it now? How’s that feel?

Anywho, I’m going to make it a lifelong goal to rightfully get my money back. I will literally take the issue to social media, my bank, the BBB, the global complaints Bureau, and whatever else it may take.

I refuse to be taken for as a joke.

Don’t disrespect me, ever. Learn to speak professionally. It’s not my fault you have PTSD from past scammers, that’s a “you” problem.

Ladies— don’t invest your money on companies that don’t deserve it. There are genuine places out there that sell modest clothing for realistic prices, and don’t purchase merchandise from AliExpress. Take this as your sign.

They don’t care about their customers.

Rubbish. Emailed them 3 times and they take weeks and weeks to reply to a simple query about their product! Do they not understand that if you’re going to frustrate customers, on average they will tell about 11 people to stay away from such an overpriced and low standard customer service?

Their customer service doesn’t match the price they ask for their products.

girls, take your money elsewhere as it’s not worth a simple penny. If you wanna buy undercaps, you can literally search them on Amazon that do such a better material and at a much much better price. £8 for 1 undercap so at veiled collection. But Amazon you get 3 undercaps for under £6 and faster delivery, which I’m going to be ordering.
The scarfs are veiled at £15/£19!!! For 1? And then on top of that, when you go to the shopping cart they had £20 tax! The delivery costs you money too, never mind your shopping costing £150. They don’t do free delivery. If you want a refund, they make you pay for the delivery and more tax. No perks no nothing. And the delivery is 21 days outside of USA. It’s just disadvantages after disadvantages. I’m so glad I didn’t rush into buying anything from them and cancelled. I’ll take my money elsewhere, if your basic customer service skills can’t even scratch up to your overpriced undercaps (never mind the scarfs), then ill take my money elsewhere and I’ll make sure I tell all my friends and family about it to stay away Veiled Collection.

Updated: DON’T BUY FROM VEILED COLLECTION

Don’t buy anything from these people. I bought 3 outfits from them. I was browsing the web and saw basically everything I purchased for 1/3 of the $$$$. All their clothes are substandard cheaply made overseas. They claim to have a dedicated designer and it’s all the other sites selling “knock-offs!” Please don’t buy from these thieves! The store responded and I just sent them a picture of their BRANDED MADE IN CHINA JUNK! I hope they never off load at the Ports. I would not lie about such a thing! Try POPLOOK, Modanisa, Artizarra , or Annah Hariri* for Muslimah Clothing.

Don't buy from them anything they don't want return money and blame you that it has stains on in even i contacts them in 2 days that I would like to return the dress they said can't accept because of stains how it can have stains if you not wear it I just try and put back to bag worst customer service and didn't got my money beck😡😡😡

THEY TOOK £80 ON ITEMS I DIDN'T ORDER WITH NO REFUND!
The brand messed up my products. I ordered 1 dress yet the website crashed and they sent 2 dresses, with separate shipping costs. So l paid £60 on shipping alone, for dresses i didn't actually want. The customer service was very rude and did not aid me and the refund didn't include the shipping. Due to the problem being on their websites behalf I thought they would compensate me for the shipping fee but they didn't. ALSO, when sending the item back to veiled collection I had to pay a £20 shipping fee even though they advertised free returns. So I basically paid £80 for shipping costs on items I didn't order.

We do apologize that this happened to you. Unfortunately a glitch like this would not be possible unless there were 2 dresses in your cart to begin with. Your cart and order cannot be edited in this way. When mistakes happen we try our best to be able to accommodate an order change, but unfortunately are not always able to due to orders being fulfilled so quickly.

Very disappointing brand

Very disappointing brand, after having shopped with them before they have let me down with their poor customer service. They charged me twice for two orders! One which they had double charged me for shipping £60! To top of this mistake made by their website they did not even offer to rectify this or to even to sort out the returns for this instead they charged me an extra £20 for the returns. Really awful customer service, do not recommend for UK customers. Dissatisfied by their lack of empathy or help. Additionally on their own website for returns it says no charge for shipping cost but then they emailed me to say I will be charged?! Very unhappy with this service

Elegance at its finest

Ordered one of their beautiful elegant dresses when they sent me an email notification restock.

The prices are worth the immaculate various designs they have.
