I have been seriously affected by these ongoing problems. It has now been two full days with no resolution, and things are only getting worse. My main website is currently showing a “Coming Soon” page instead of my actual business website. I have no idea how long it has been like this or how much business I may have already lost.
Support has been extremely slow. After being a loyal customer for years—and putting up with issues before this—you would think there’d be a bit more urgency or compassion when something this serious happens.
This also isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delays or a lack of communication from support, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
Just to be clear: the only positive experience I’ve had was with Gideon in the past, before these current issues began. Thank you, Gideon, for the help you provided back then. It’s always appreciated when someone genuinely takes an interest in a customer’s business.
