Hello,
We understand how frustrating it can be when your account balance doesn’t seem to reflect the win you just received. The difference may depend on the game details or how the transaction was recorded, so it’s best to check the specific activity.
Please contact our Support team. They’ll review the details and explain how the amount was credited.

High payouts
Variety of games, first logging on every time it goes to a buy screen that's not good

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you’re enjoying the variety of games. We also understand that being taken to a purchase screen when you first log in can feel distracting.
The purchase offers are simply another option for players who want to use them, while free ways to play are still available without making a purchase. We appreciate you pointing out how that first screen affects the experience.
