Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Yes, we contacted you by email and you requested to post the free samples pack, which was posted to your address. A few days later, our email account was briefly compromised, and an unauthorised phishing email was sent to some customers without our knowledge.

As soon as our IT team identified the issue, it was fully resolved, and we immediately contacted all affected customers, advising them not to click the link contained in that email.

For clarification, Veera Prints registered its domain through GoDaddy. However, our website and email are hosted on a separate server, so GoDaddy was not involved in or aware of the email security incident.

We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask you to reconsider your review if your concerns have been resolved.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We have looked into your order and would like to clarify what happened.
As part of our standard order process, we sent you both the artwork proof and a flipbook file to show exactly how the pages would appear and turn once printed. After you approved the artwork and completed the payment, the approved file was sent to our production department for printing.
We always print the final artwork exactly as approved by the customer. If there had been an issue with the page order and it had been brought to our attention before the artwork was approved and sent to production, we would have been more than happy to correct it.
Our records also show that the order was delivered approximately five days ago, and we did not receive any emails or contact regarding this issue before review was posted.
We always encourage customers to get in touch with us if they have any concerns, as we are committed to resolving any issues wherever possible.
