Amazing customer service
Amazing service- they picked up immediately when I called and I spoke with a helpful individual who solved my problem instantly.
My only negative comment is that Vault should have a message on their home page if they know a problem exists with these specific parameters (child test, in a state with no charge for testing).

First of all, thank you for offering free covid testing. It is only because of this service that I was able to continue working, as they required weekly testing, which my insurance was not going to approve. I recently had difficulty ordering a test for my children on Vault because it kept trying to charge me. I called customer service and your representative, Jo, was so patient and friendly and was able to help me by first going through the steps online with me. When that didn't work, she ordered the test for me that I needed. Thank you!

Word “saliva” for PCR test needed for border entry!
Saved by one of your National representatives at the last minute where I was trying to board a plane for Tokyo, Japan; she emailed me the description of my PCR test that mandated the word “saliva”. I was told by Delta airlines that they would not let me on the plane unless I had the Saliva PCR (which I did, but it was not written anywhere by Vault on my confirmation. Japan is VERY specific that it has to be a saliva test, but I could not prove that until she very promptly emailed me the full description they needed, and I was able to board the plane in the Nick of time to see my family (whom I have not seen for 3 years due to the pandemic.) Many thanks to her! She should get a promotion !!!!

I called Vault with a few questions regarding covid testing for an upcoming trip my wife and I are taking. Sara was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful and pleasant.
Great Help in a time of need!
I had planned a trip and needed a Covid test. I went to a site on Saturday, May 21 and was advised the results would be available in 36 hours. I became concerned after I had not received my results by Wednesday, May 25th. I called Vault Health and spoke with a very friendly representative named Jasmine. I explained my situation to her and she was very sympathetic and told me she would try her best to help me. I gave her the information from my barcode and she tried to find my test. She explained that she could not locate the my test. She told me that she would refer my matter to one of the team members to see how my information could be linked to the barcode and call me. She took my number and called me several times to keep me informed about what was taking place. I checked my email the following day and found that my test results were available. Jasmine went "above and beyond" to resolve my problem. She was able to use the information that I provided and find my test results. Jasmine also called me to tell me that my test results had been located and forwarded to me via email. I was so happy to have my results as they were needed in order for me to take my trip. I am truly grateful for the great time and effort that Jasmine took. She provided excellent customer service and comforting results. Jasmine was indeed a "lifesaver" in my time of need!

Had a problem trying to order a couple of tests online. Called and get a representative within 2-3 rings. She was able to help immediately and order the tests on my behalf. Should have called earlier instead of trying 5 times to get it to work on my own
