Definitely a SCAM, the product is not what is says to hear few verse of Quran ( not the whole Sura) with no buttons took a month to reach and charged 24 pound sterling . DO NOT order if u haven’t it is a SCAM

-so I received the item after more than a month. And no custom fee need to be paid (weird, but thankful nonetheless). Still it is risky to buy item from China in these tariff situation. Seller need to open on where they are going to ship the item, especially if they do not want to pay the custom fee (as stated in shipping term)-

I will give 0 start if I can. So they shipped from China (now I doubt it is Muslim-owned), which not clearly mentioned. And they send the item very late which make it arrive to US when the tariff put in affect. Seems I will need to pay high tariff and it wont be worth it anymore.

This is my fault by not checking further because the premises of "muslim-owned" and all the touching ads they have. When I looked further, the ads and the content they have in IG is quite suspicious as it seems coming from editing several video that might not theirs ... Hmm who knows...

Hope people try to buy see this first and rethink..

I'll start by saying the product is great and sound quality is really good (Magnet surah speaker). However, I did think I got scammed because there was no delivery for 3 weeks, and i wasn't getting a response to my emails. I placed my order on 1st April and only received the items today, 21st April. Not receiving the product and being ignored led me to research the reviews, and 99% said it was a scam. So i am glad and surprised items came in the post eventually, especially because of how much i spent. I purchased x3 to give as gifts. Based on lack of communication and no ETA its a one star from me.

Very disappointing experience.
I reached out multiple times regarding a missing item from my order. Initially, I was told they would look into it, but after that, I received no meaningful updates despite following up several times It's now been months, and I still haven't received the missing item or a resolution. Extremely poor customer service — I do not recommend based on my experience.

SCAM!!!! I wish I read the reviews before, this is an absolute scam with no updates on the order. They charge extra for fast shipping foe the next day but its been weeks and nothing. Their contact support sends a generic email ans nothing else. I wish the worst on who ever made this scam in the name of these products. I will be spreading this and talk to my bank as well

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This company is a complete scam. Scamming in the name of Islam is disgusting and they will get their karma no doubt. Company has been contacted in every way possible and completely ignoring everything, my order never arrived.

Never received the item even though Vasve claiming I have!!! Waiting along time and still no delivery!!! Fraud company!!! Avoid!!! Taking it up with my bank now for a refund!!!

Bad customer service, I have not received all items. Two out of the three Jars I ordered was delivered after soo manyyy days delayed. Placed my order on the 31st January 25 and received my incomplete missing items order on the 17th of February. A total of 18days delayed, I paid extra for shipping what was the point waste of my money. When I initially reached out to find out were my parcel is and to refund me if they can not deliver it on time the reply I got after waiting for a few days so many was that some items were out of stock and there are delays due to Chinese new year holidays. So after waiting for 18days I received my parcel and what happens!!! one of the jars is missing, I have reached out to the customer service via email as there is a phone number to call them. The customers service email reply (which has no name of the advisor on the email) told me to contact my local post office to find out where my item is, firstly this is confusing ‘post office’ (Royal Mail) isn’t the courier who has delivered my parcel it was EVRI. Clearly this is a generic email reply. I have contacted EVRI and they have confirmed they delivered the one parcel from CUB01 on the 17/02/25. My door camera footage and the image of parcel being delivered at my door clearly shows only two Jar boxes are in the grey parcel bag not three boxes. Ive contact Vasve customer service via email several times and no one has come back to me. Disappointing service! I should not ignored the Trust pilot bad reviews, despite these reviews I placed my order my biggest REGRET. I ordered these Jars as a gift for my friend who was going to start her fasting for Ramadan to provide some positivity to get through her bereavement as her mother no longer will be part of any Ramadan fasting or celebrations. Such a shame I am not able to give her gifts due to it being incomplete. Vasve contact me, my order number is #15696.

I placed an order 2/1/2025 and got an email shortly after saying there will be a one week delay (I paid extra for shipping speed). Today, 3/2/2025 i am yet to receive my order or any updates from the company. I’ve reached out to their customer support twice with no response.

I'm here from the future to warn you—DO NOT place an order with this business! I made the mistake of ordering, and all I received was a generic confirmation email with no tracking and no updates.

What makes this even worse is that they are scamming people using Quranic and Islamic products. It is truly heartbreaking to see something so pure and sacred being used as a tool for fraud. I honestly feel bad for them—to exploit people's trust in such a glorious thing just to scam them is beyond shameful.

Save yourself the frustration and money. If you haven’t ordered yet, consider this your warning from the future—RUN and don’t look back!

The shipping number I received doesn’t exist. Wish I would have googled this company before placing the order and realizing it’s a total scam. I’ve reported them to Instagram yet their account is still up. Do not order from this company.

Horrible customer service! If I had seen these reviews earlier, I would never have ordered from them. After two weeks, the only response I received was a vague message stating that my order was “waiting to be picked up”—with no greeting or any sense of customer care. This company is completely unresponsive, especially on Instagram. What a waste of time and money!

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews this time, and unfortunately, like many others, I never received my package. I placed the order 1,5 month ago, and apparently, it has been stuck at a facility in China for weeks. Every attempt to contact customer support has been met with complete silence. Avoid ordering from them at all costs.

I placed the order in Nov 2024. It is Jan 21, 2025 and I still did not receive the order. I contacted the company by multiple emails, Instagram messaging, phone calls to no avail! No answer.
I contacted my credit card and canceled the payment. When I canceled the payment, they finally emailed me back to say “the product shipped and please call your bank to reinstate the payment”. I am not sure on which planet they conduct business! The tracking number is weird and not with any of the carriers we know. This sounds very much like a scam operation. They post on the website that order ships within days in the US!!! This is not what they did and it seems I am not the only customer with this negative experience .

It took over a month for the order to reach. So, how would you apply the 30-day money back guarantee - from the time of delivery or the date it was received? Anytime I would email the company there was no response. The idea behind the product is good, however the same verses are used multiple times (not always in relation to the emotion they are supposed to represent) and the translations are archaic. In today's world full of "feel good" poems and affirmations that can be pulled up with a quick internet search, the Quranic verses could have been presented in a more meaningful, relatable format. The current format is not designed best for the younger user, which was probably the intended audience
