Absolutely amazing service from Aneta

Absolutely amazing service from Aneta. She went over and above to help source a ring for me and had it re sized and posted out within a couple of days whilst keeping me completely informed throughout the process.

Excellent service I can’t recommend enough -and the ring is fabulous too!

The most incredible customer service!

This is the first review I’ve ever left for a company, but with the service we’ve had I just had to reach out. Not only have all our store visits been incredible - especially Nick who helped us plan our wedding band, but a huge huge thank you Roshba (your customer service advisor) who went above and beyond to get my engagement ring delivered back to us before we travelled. We had a great experience with Aneta

We had a great experience with Aneta at the Vashi Selfridges store. Aneta was friendly and helpful at all points during the process of designing my wedding band and helped everything run smoothly. Aneta communicated well in store, on the phone, email and zoom which was much appreciated. My fiance and I appreciated such personal customer service and of course I love my bespoke wedding band. Thanks to the team at Vashi for a great experience.

The whole experience with Vashi has been extraordinary, from the first consultation to the delivery of the engagement ring. Megan was assigned as our consultant and we couldn’t have been happier. Megan took the time to make sure we understood exactly what we were looking to buy, not just explaining the 4 C’s but providing a wealth of information from her own experience in the industry. Megan was very patient, showing us loads of options and answering the many questions we had, never making us feel rushed. Once we had chosen our diamond and ring design, Megan made sure that the rest of the process was perfectly smooth.

Once the right diamond was sourced Megan set up an appointment with master craftsman Stephano to set the diamond in the ring. With over 20 years in the business it was amazing and educational to watch Steph work, explaining every step and cut as he worked the platinum to fit the stone perfectly! Sitting in the window of the Flagship store in Covent Garden, Stephano’s “office” has an amazing view, having passers by stop and watch him work added to the experience. Once the diamond clicked into place it was passed over to Daniel to be polished.

Daniel’s attention to detail and focus made me very confident that the ring would be finished to an extremely high standard and it was. Daniel was happy to explain, in detail, what it takes to achieve the ultimate finish and wouldn’t let the ring go until he was satisfied it met his own personal standard.

Overall the experience with the team at Vashi turned out to be so much more than purchasing a ring, it was and education in itself! I can sincerely recommend Vashi and the amazing team for anyone looking to find the perfect engagement ring.

So many issues...

We visited Vashi in Selfridges London to buy our wedding bands. We had two consultations. Both consultations were very good. Not all of the wedding bands shown on the Vashi website were available, but we managed to choose our wedding bands. We placed our order on the 4th of March 2022. The estimated time given was 3 weeks. Everything up to this point was fine.

Three weeks passed, and I haven't received any communications about the status of my order. I sent an email to customer support.  They told me that it would take a bit longer and that they were going to provide an estimate soon. A couple of more weeks passed with no more communications. No email, nothing. I asked again for an estimate. They told me again that it would take a bit longer and they would give me an estimate soon. They finally told me an estimate after a few emails back and forth. Just to emphasize here that no email was initiated by them. The wedding bands were finally delivered on the 20th of April 2022. This is 4 additional weeks. I wouldn't mind the additional weeks, but there was no communication. If you are going to be late, then informing the customer should be a priority. Especially if we are talking about more than double the original estimate.

The story doesn't finish here. The quality of both wedding bands was excellent. For my wedding band though, I decided that I didn't like it after trying it again at home. It was exactly the same one shown at the Vashi store, but I changed my mind. I talked to customer service through email. They told me that was ok, and they booked me an appointment at Vashi Covent Garden. I told them that I wanted to try a different one, and I mentioned a specific wedding band and they told me that was ok and I could try that during my appointment. 

I went to my appointment and they informed me that I didn't have an appointment. The customer service in the email mentioned that they booked me an appointment on a specific date, but they booked me for the day after. My mistake here for not checking the confirmation email of the appointment. I only checked what the customer service told me in the email. The representative at Vashi Covent Garden was very apologetic after showing her the email. She even clean the engagement ring of my fiance and gave her a new ring box. The wedding ring that I wanted to try though was not available. So we spent the time going to the Vashi store, but the ring I wanted to try wasn't available. At that point, I decided to return my ring for a refund instead of an exchange. That was on the 25th of April 2022. At the same time, they told me that they would check if the ring was available in another store and they would inform me to go and try it.

A couple of days afterward, they called and apologized again and they told me that my refund would be processed soon and they found the ring in a different store, and they would call me again when it would be available at the Covent Garden store. Three weeks passed, no call, no email, nothing. At that point, I gave up on hoping that I would find my ring at Vashi. But I still haven't got my refund. So, I sent them an email. They apologized and told me that they would do it as fast as possible. Friday 20th of May 2022, no email, nothing again. I sent them once more. Again they told me the same thing.

Today, the 21st of May 2022. Almost 4 weeks after asking for a refund. They called me from Selfridges Manchester, not London, about my refund. They were going to process my refund now. After so many days. They basically did nothing for so many days. And even today they didn't manage to refund my ring. I paid using Google Pay, and they didn't know how to refund it. They told me they would call me after they find out how to do it. I understand such issues, but you would expect such issues in the first couple of days, not after almost 4 weeks. Let's see if they manage to refund it at some point.

There were so many issues. Not enough products in their stores, estimates are not accurate, no communication, still waiting for the refund. The quality and price of products are very good, and also the staff in the stores are very nice, but that still doesn't justify the service received. And if it was one mistake, then ok, but there were many mistakes. I really doubt that this is an isolated case. 

Update 1: I sent an email to the customer care email as requested in the reply, including my order number, so they can confirm all details mentioned here.

Update 2: I received the refund today 23rd of May 2022. Exactly 4 weeks after returning the ring for a refund. They explained to me what was the issue yesterday. Vashi at Selfridges London closed, so they couldn't process my refund using the original payment and needed to provide my bank details. Again this shows the communication issue. This should have been solved in a few days, not weeks.

This store is absolutely amazing!

This store is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Mihaela who was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect ring for a birthday present. We were also given a tour of the store, which has a super transparent concept - you can see all the facilities and the jewellery specialists working there onsite, which to us was a very interesting!

Excellence service

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the shop in Canary Wharf to pick up my ring and propose to my boyfriend. We were recently in the Vashi Covent…

We were recently in the Vashi Covent Garden store for an appointment to pick our wedding rings. The store is absolutely beautiful and we felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Mandeep was so patient with us as we tried on various styles and gave us time to decide what rings were best for us. Unparalleled and the best in town!

London has a wide offering when it comes to wedding rings, but Vashi definitely tops them all. We bought our husband’s wedding ring at the London Westfield branch and it is one of the best decisions we made. Delma helped us from the beginning all the way through pick up. She gave us a white-glove service paired with impeccable product knowledge. She understood exactly what we were looking for. The ring was perfect and in the midst of all our wedding decisions, she truly made us feel heard, welcomed, and at the centre of her attention and care. This is the best place in town where top quality is matched with professionalism and unparalleled customer service.

I went into the the Westfield store for…

I went into the Westfield store for a consultation regarding wedding rings. My appointment was with Simona who was simply amazing! Simona was really attentive, and just overall lovely and helped me reach a decision I was happy with. Shiren also helped in the consultation and was really nice.
I had previously been into the Covent Garden store and received excellent customer service there too. Overall, beautiful products and wonderful staff.

Amazing experience, amazing staffs, 6 stars if i can do

We were lost in choosing the wedding bands as none on the market are actually attractive to us. Thanks to Vitalija's support we were able to make the best tailored ring we can think of. And I ended up bought 2 of it to have 2 curving around our engagement ring. Thank you very much for keeping the secret for the second ring all the way, my wife was very surprised and she loved it, the wedding was amazing and memorable thanks to that.
