Didn't have the liquid that I wanted but offered alternatives. I normally have e-liquids but was offered salts. Not understanding the difference it was explained clearly to me. When I went to pay the loyalty platform wasn't working, but never mind.
A few hours later I had an email to say my points had been added. Whether it automatically updated, or was re-entered I was impressed.
