You ordered the Tropical Fade colour, but due to dispatch time constraints one of our team sent the Rainbow version, which is very similar, so your parcel could still be delivered quickly. That was our mistake – we should have contacted you first rather than making that decision for you.

Please contact us with your order number via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll immediately send out the correct 10mg Pink Lemonade bottles and arrange a free return of the 20mg ones you can’t use – or a refund if you’d prefer.
We’ve also reminded our warehouse team and tightened our packing checks to prevent this happening again. We appreciate you giving us the chance to put this right.
