Pleased with service apart from delivery
Ordered before New year, so was not expecting it to arrive for a few days after, get text and Email saying it will be delivered on the 5th Jan So when it didn't arrive I checked and it was still in sorting office other side of country. The product arrived a day later. overall Pleased with service apart from delivery hence 4 stars

Vape Inc were not able to supply all the goods I ordered (Diamond Mist SG4 clearomisers) because some of them were damaged. They supplied what they could and gave me a prompt refund for the rest. I have always found them to be a good company.
