this company deceives people. sells defective goods and, moreover, does not want to be held responsible for their products. you get vapes, they just don't work! and in the correspondence they simply ignore your request to solve the problem !!

These guys are a scam. I had ordered a vaporesso click device and disposable pods to go with it. The device arrived dead. I emailed and called them up (they don't usually pick up the phone) and while they did promise to replace the defective product they never did eventually. In the meantime, (while I was complacently sure that the product would be replaced), I ordered three puff- plus disposable vapes from them (I thought since there was an issue with the pod device, disposables should be fine). Unfortunately they scammed me once again and out of the three devices that I received only one worked and the remaining two were dead on arrival. I again began the process of emailing and calling them but all I hear are vague excuses like, "I can't take a call on your complaint but I have forwarded your complaint to my seniors." This has been going on for weeks now and I am ashamed to admit that I have been fooled twice by them.
I have checked the authenticity of all three disposables at the 'puffbar' website including the only disposable that was working and I can confirm all three are fake. The site "strongly advises not to consume it as it may contain dangerous unregulated chemicals and may be harmful." I immediately stopped consuming the only working device and binned it.
I partly blame myself for trusting them twice.

This website is an elaborate fraud in all respects- from the quality /genuineness of the product to their return/replacement policy and customer service, everything is a hoax. I would advise all vaping enthusiasts to stay away.
