I was sent the wrong products
I was sent the wrong products. Had to get in touch with customer service as I wanted a refund. Got told that the wrong label was put on the parcel and that they would send my correct order and include a label to send the products I had received to another customer. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience to me as I was not intending on packing a parcel and going to the post office to send it.
