This company tried to steal my credit card and tried to use it at Walmart.com. I attempted to put in an order with VapeFactory (vapefactorystore dot com) for coils. They insisted I set up an account. Collected my information and then allowed me to "pay" for my order. I put in a credit card and after waiting and waiting was told that my card wasn't authorized for payment. Red Flag. I backed out and started watching my card. Today, two days later) I got a fraud alert for my card with an attempted use at Walmart.com for nearly $300 in merchandise. I of course declined the charge, reported the scam and cancelled the card. Be away these people are not a real retailer. They are only there to steal your information.

this company is bogus!!! you can't reach them or get answers to your questions. their email address does not work!

Total scam website. First PayPal payment would not work. Had to add credit card info. Felt something was fishy even though they were "trust pilot approved", So I cancelled the order 30 minutes later. Card was billed through some company in Brazil and charge was never refunded even though order was cancelled. Lesson learned, Trust pilot approved doesn't mean a damn thing!.

Pretty sure they are a scam! Tried to use email provided to ask about difficulty placing an order & the email address was bogus! They claim to have good reviews on trustpilot but I don’t see even 1!
*UPDATE: They did try to charge our card-but thankfully the bank declined payment!
