It's a scam. Even though I received my order in full, the vapes lasted for 200-300 puffs max when they are supposed to be 600+.

My missis ordered 3 vapes one didn't work. Avoid this company at all costs. No refund offered,they said send it back at her expense. So sending it back will mean she's more out of pocket. Disgusting company. Order no.#2269
On 5/6/23 I received my order of vapes from this company 2 vapes were missing from my order in the parcel I ordered to the total of £50.02 which is 15 vapes but only 13 vapes were in parcel I have emailed them twice but no reply I am not a customer happy
This company states free delivery from £25 so I made an order of over that amount and they still ended up charging me shipping, it didn't show on the checkout, only after I paid did I notice they took more money from the account, I emailed them, got one reply, and haven't had any contact since, avoid at all costs, as they like to charge way more postage than they should in the first place and they don't like to correct their mistakes, they only like to take your money, as far as I'm concerned they owe me £8.50 refund, this is also being sent to trading standards
Used to use them a lot. More often than not the order would be wrong, usually sending the pro bar instead which I’m not a fan of. Now I have placed an order a week ago and no tracking information update. Royal Mail say they are waiting for my package but the websites tracking says they dispatched it last Tuesday. I have tried to email and call with no answer. Giving it 48 more hours before doing a charge back through my bank. Really disappointed. Won’t be using again after this
Made a purchase since 21/11/2022 and it has been more than two weeks but it has never arrived. The seller gave a fake tracking number which the shipment details never updated and I did not receive any email from Royal Mail regarding my purchase was being dispatched. When emailed, the seller tend to blame Royal Mail for the issue which didn't make sense as my order from other vape store that was made just two days ago has already arrived.
2 separate orders and things always missing.
I have them a 2nd chance now they don’t eleven reply. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Will be doing a chargeback with my bank.
I can’t knock delivery as they came next day but 2 of the 3 vapes I ordered were incorrect. I have contacted the company a few times and they have ignored every time.
I really wanted to like this company but they have given me every reason not to. Here’s my experiences dealing with Vape Disposables:
Order 1: Sat with them for a few days despite sending me a Royal Mail tracking order. I had to call them to point out it had not been dispatched. A new order was hastily put together though we had to go back and forth a few times as a number of products I had requested were out of stock.
Order 2: I received a phone call the day after placing an order advising me that again, a lot of what I wanted was out of stock. We agreed several substitutes to be sent, all of which were different flavours and strengths on arrival.
Order 3: Placed and order for £36, got the tracking details, then on the morning of delivery I received a refund for £12. No call, no email, and when I received my order a third of the products were missing.
I really wanted to like this company and gave them a couple of chances to turn it around but I’m afraid I can only recommend you give these folks a swerve. I will be happy paying an extra couple of quid elsewhere knowing I will be getting what I ordered.
This company is very very Unreliable with the next day delivery and Customer service is absolutely rubbish I ordered my item on Thursday on next day delivery and now it Sunday and still not received them I phoned them and they are not very helpful to I will try and get my money back from them ASAP and not only that I paid for next day delivery to so I do Strongly advise not to use this company so please please do not order from this company
Poor customer service!
Ordered 9 vapes on 12 April, they contacted me that my address (which is my work address) can be a fraud.
As the email ended up in my spam, I replied to their email on the 19th from my work email as proof, following up with an email address I ordered the vapes with. After calling them 6+ times on 3 different days , enquiring about my order, they said it has been posted, it is probably royal mail, should be with you tomorrow etc. I requested a reply to my email several times, to at least have a written confirmation about our conversation over the phone. I was completely ignored. On 27th I called to demand for a refund, explaining the situation.
I cannot recommend at all!
I tried contacting them by email and on facebook but had no reply on either had ordered on next day delivery and the items are untrackable and I am wanting to know where they are
Your about to loose a customer and thinking about going to trading standards
Customer Service is terrible. The owners are rude, irritating and arrogant, there's no wonder why all their staff left.
ordered 3 christmas's watermelon vapes as a present and was sent completely different ones. Emailed them about it and i’ve been completely ignored.
At the time of writing this review I still haven’t received my item. Placed an order on the 25th November and today is the 6th December. The site was very easy to use. Checked out as a guest and order was marked as shipped that evening. The problem is probably Royal Mail but I had contacted vapedisposable and they said they’d investigate but haven’t heard back yet.
I had placed an order and accidentally selected click and collect instead of delivery and when I contacted the customer service number they were very understanding and corrected my mistake with no hassle
