Excellent service. I have a V&J shop nearby (which is great) but I am self isolating. My order was delayed slightly because of a supply issue, but the way the staff dealt with it was exceptional. Contact was easy, very friendly and responsive. You find out the calibre of a company when there's a problem. V&J cracked it!

my go to place for liquids and vapes. I live at the other end of the country yet they always manage to get my orders to me the next day! the one time I had an issue with a vape I bought, I used the live chat on their website and had the issue sorted within minutes. excellent service, excellent prices and excellent products!

i ordered my usual pakage of juice, and i missed my dilivery and to my suprise it was being sent back to vape and juice. i went online and spoke to Freddie on their site and within 5 minutes he had it turned around and I got it the next day which also included a txt update on the time I would get it. Excellent service what can I say brilliant and thank you to vape and juice who could have charged me to redeliver but nope. thank you to Freddie for the help!!.

Have been using vape & juice for a number of years at two of my local shops and since covid-19 the website.
Using the website is very very easy and I am usually offered 20% discount, delivery is normally next day and it is free. The only problem I have is my two local shops no longer offer to re-cycle the bottles.

Really wonderful service. I was a novice when I first entered their store in Hackney (Sadly no longer there) and the staff helped me pick the perfect starter kit and explained everything to me. Years later and I would never go anywhere else. Their online service is second to none - I didn’t have the need to use this prior to lockdown, but they kept my supply full the entire time. Delivery was free and super speedy and I usually received my order the next day! Vapes are great, juices are great, service is fantastic and the staff are even better :)

I've been a customer of Vape & Juice's Colchester store for three years - I have bought all of my equipment and most of my juices from them. I liked to go there because the lads were friendly and chatty and the shop had a cosy feel to it - and smelled like different yummy flavours every time! Then lockdown happened so I looked them up online and have been ordering from their site ever since. I like the layout of their website and am always impressed by how quickly my order arrives. The only one time there was a stock issue with my order they communicated well and we resolved it quickly. Really can't fault them at all. Fab company.
