Van Man York have just completed a small removal and they were excellent. They arranged a convenient booking for me at a weekend and the two 'movers' were polite, careful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

What lovely people, Did everything they could to make this move easy, rearranged their schedule to fit me in, arrived with all the equipment and a well kept van, moved boxes quickly but carefully, nothing damaged, ensured everything was where we needed it before leaving, would definitely recommend this firm

Van Man removals are amazing. I found them through gumtree when I was stuck with a large item delivered outside my house on the road. Not only were they super quick to respond and really professional in disassembling and reassembling a nightmare treadmill but they were extremely thorough. I've used them since the first booking and will definitely again!

We were on the point of using this service in March when lockdown stopped access to the premises we were vacating. Resurrecting the request was straightforward and when we made a last minute change of plan the day before the removal,Ralph called within 5 minutes to confirm it was fine (this was a Sunday afternoon!)
His team arrived on time the next day, aware of the changed needs and loaded the van to facilitate drop offs at two different destinations In Manchester. They had appropriate tools to remove the legs off our very large sofa and managed to negotiate it around some very tricky fire doors and stair wells.
On completion of the removal at the destination end I was invited to inspect the van to ensure it was empty and it was noticeable that it was carpeted to reduce the possibility of items being scratched when being loaded. Fixing straps and covers seemed to be in abundance. The two operatives were efficient, smartly dressed and very polite. It was a pleasure to deal with company from start to finish

We needed help with moving from our office premises at the last minute due to being let down by a van hire company. I called Van Man York Removals and within an hour we had someone at the property helping us move, which they did so quickly and efficiently.

I ordered a fridge freezer from Curry’s and the delivery men would not take it up the 1 flight of stairs to my flat and left the fridge in the hall way. My partner called Van Man York Removals and within 3 hours they had sent someone round to check the job and 2 lovely gentlemen managed to move the fridge freezer upstairs.’I am beyond happy with the service we received and even more please with the fact they were so accommodating given the short notice.

I tend not to leave reviews but with the excellent service I received from Van Man York, I thought it more than warranted one. Dealing with Ralph via phone and email was quick and easy. Understood the issues and recommended appropriate solutions for long distance removal (York to Glasgow). The 2 guys even turned up a little bit early and did not stop from the moment they got there until the van was fully loaded.

In short, cannot recommend these guys enough!

My whole experience with this company was excellent. Great to be able to speak to Ralph directly and explain my need. Trouble- free online booking. The polite and well-presented young man who arrived 15 minutes early got stuck in straightaway and worked very hard. I would definitely use this service again and have already recommended them to several people.
