Inaccurate test questions. Bad attention to detail. Does not capture accurate laws. I got 10/10 correct because I could tell the answer options and question structure were incorrect.

The audio component and its minimum time requirements are unnecessary and an insult to the honesty and integrity of everyone who takes the course.

I enjoyed taking the update course and agree with the decision to require the 2027 ACU be taken by July 1, 2027 as there is valuable information presented that can be used the first six months of the calendar year.

I love the online class, but did NOT like that if you read quickly or speed up the audio, you can't go to the next screen, which leads to LOTS of time filled with distractions, as opposed to being able to focus on the class at a consistent pace.

Imbedded page timers with ridiculously length along with distracting computer-generated voiceover were horrible. Quality control is severely lacking. Customer service was contacted for help, but they did nothing but indicate "Sorry, that's the way it was programmed". I will never use Van Ed or the 360training.com platform again.

Redundant 4 hour course took 8:15 better to go sit in live. First Vaned course I have truly disliked.
