Vandaag 17/11 huurcontract getekend in Roosendaal met Brigitte was allemaal toppie verlopen.
Op tijd en snel alles afgehandeld.

De communicatie is erg prettig! Ze reageren altijd snel en duidelijk via de mail. Je kan makkelijk een bezichtiging inplannen en de bezichtigingen zijn goed geregeld. Een prettig bedrijf!

This is my second review for Van der Huizen. They have, once again, done a great job at a toilet repair and Mike was very prompt with helping out.

Not satisfied in the way that IN 3 WEEKS we have already problems with plumbing in the kitchen. There was easily understandable by anyone after a kick check on it, that there was no maintenance for a while and that was why…

I called them explained the situation to a men that was so useful that I forgot his name… He told me that next day someone would come to fix it. I make myself available for hours and nothing. I called. Nothing.

Until I sent mail explaining all the situation to info@ (answered me today after 2 weeks aprox. Asking if it was fixed already) and also try to contact the maintenance service again this time via email.

And from that moment the things started working because of Darya. The most professional employee of this company. She promised that the things would finally be solved and they were actually solved. Very friendly very useful! I came here comenting this to emphasize her help!

I hope we dont get all the problems I see the other tenants talking about (No hot water/heater, already happen one time for some hours😬) or get a fee for the lack of maintenance that the plumbing had before we came 🧐

I have had a great experience with the staff of maintenance of van der Huizen. Alex is the person responsible for the planning and coordination, and he really cares about the tenant. Very friendly and nice! With all questions that I have had I was able to just send him a message and would always receive an update.

Brigitte was altijd op tijd en duidelijk over wat de bedoeling was. Huurovereenkomst is goed verlopen.

Ik huur al bijna 7 jaar bij vanderhuizen. Het is altijd goed gegaan met reparaties en contact met de mensen. Alexey is de beste medewerker wat mijn betreft . Hij heeft mij altijd geholpen met alle vragen, verzoeken en opmerkingen. Altijd snel, correct en behulpzaam! Dankjewel Alex!

Mijn ervaringen tijdens de bezichtigingen en de hovk met Brigitte zijn heel erg prettig en naar volle tevredenheid verlopen. Alles heeft ze goed uitgelegd, en daarom is Brigitte een zeer goed visitekaartje voor het bedrijf. Kortom ben ik erg positief over de hele ervaring met van der Huizen en met deze verhuurmakelaar en het bedrijf waar zij zich voor inzet! Dus erg tevreden huurder erbij. Met name contact met Brigitte was aangenaam!

Mijn huidige ervaring met Van der Huizen is redelijk goed. Er kunnen vieze maar ook goede studenten kamers erbij zitten, dat hangt er echt vanaf hoe de andere studenten de huizen onderhouden (schoonmaken). Tot nu toe al meerdere bezichtigingen gehad. Sommige bezichtigingen zijn wat drukker dan de ander, maar de makelaar verdeeld het in kleinere groepen tijdens de bezichtigingen die wat drukker zijn zodat het ook overzichtelijk blijft, wat fijn is. Communicatie is redelijk goed via de mail. Ze antwoorden meestal wel binnen 1 tot 4 dagen.
