They charged me for postage on a refund which I paid for then didn’t want to know. Awful customer service . I would not recommend and would never use again

Good Afternoon Janice, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and you have returned the item which you yourself ordered incorrectly. It was returned with some slight damage which is why your refund was less £6.00. This is the cost of having the item refinished. Amazon stepped in and covered the £6.00 as a gesture of good will so neither yourself or our company were out of pocket for the issue with your chosen return courier.

Started off good
Started off good. Rung me out of the blue to say the item was out of stock despite the website saying it was in stock.
Then silence.
Sent an email chasing said item, was told it should be here two days ago... still waiting.
You just need to do what you did in the first place and keep people updated!
Sent an email to say, still no delivery...
Silence.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience, had to return the item, I telephoned twice to check how to return the item and twice I was told to take package to post office and quote the order number, they didn’t know what on earth I was on about, so I just paid up !!! £3.10 . The item I purchased was £25.00 , they are going to charge me£6.00 return postage , plus I’ve had to pay extra £3.10 , wish I hadn’t bothered ordering 😡

Apologies to hear that you are not satisfied with your order or service received.
Having looked into this, you advised our sales team you wished to return the bathroom squeegee as a change of mind.
As per our returns policy, this would be refunded less the outgoing courier cost we paid to send the item to you on receipt of the item back.
I am unsure as to your comments regarding the post office reference number as this would not need to be given to them directly. We only ask the parcel has a reference slip to your original order packed inside. This allows the return to be processed quickly and efficiently.
I can see the item was passed for return on the date received back and the refund was processed as agreed.

Lovely looking value
Lovely looking value and fantastic delivery. However the after sales is appalling. The British gas plumber I have used many times found that it leaked and so had to remove to investigate, only to find that the thread had sheared off and was left on the opposite thread. Yes the plumber scratched the valve when undoing it. The response I got was, no refund and no replacement because they claimed the plumber must have over tightened. The fact that the valve was faulty and leaked, is not their responsibility.
If they actually listened and heard that the nut damage was after it failed, 'frustrating to say the least' it might have been the least they could have done, but instead I hot rude responses, with attitude. Do not use this company if you're looking for quality and respectful service. Good luck if you run with it.
In response to your reply, I trust that the British gas plumber that I have used on all my other jobs is component as does British gas for the many years he has been employed him. Your valve failed resulting in need to remove the valve being required for investigation.
Your instant dismissive response and not accepting any responsibility at all, is what has affected only factor of my decision to never use your company again and I stand by my warning to any other potential customers.

Hi Lisa,
We are vey sorry that you have had a bad experience with a radiator valve supplied by ourselves.
As explained in the original email correspondence, your installer had tried to remove an integral part of the radiator valve which is not designed to be removed and in doing so has caused the valve to ultimately fail.
The images you provided show that a considerable amount of force or incorrect tools have been used on the nuts to the point that large portions of the chrome had been removed.
From the images provided it was also noted that no PTFE tape was used in the installation process which is also a very important part of any radiator valve installation.

Great product
Great product, fast delivery and Reasonable price. Only slight gripe would be that the heater was slightly dented, however it works perfectly and you cannot see the dent from the front so really a minor complaint. I would use this company again anytime!
