Value vehicles were really helpful when looking for a new car for my sons girlfriend, booked a test drive in advance, turned up as agreed and car ready to take out, no pushy in your face salesman. Left us alone to make a decision but still there for any questions that we needed answered. All in all would recommend VV to anyone looking at buying a car.

I recently purchased a car from Value Vehicles, near Colchester, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I had been on the lookout for a tidy VW Golf Type R for a few months. The car I spotted at Value Vehicles was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and clearly well-maintained. The staff, Ethan and Dan were genuine and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, I never felt rushed or pressurised at any point. Their communication skills were top-notch. A quick phonecall to arrange a viewing and before I knew it I was out on a test drive around the Essex roads. I highly recommend this garage to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle. The forecourt was filled with decent looking motors, they obviously have a strict selection process for any cars they sell. To summarise – top service, great staff, and a smooth, hassle-free purchase meaning I drove the car home the same day!

Bought a beautiful Volvo XC60 from value vehicles this week. The customer service has been outstanding and Danny made sure everything was ready when we arrived to collect the car. This was very much appreciated as we had travelled for nearly 3 hours to collect the car. I can't fault the team at value vehicles and I will definitely be recommending them.

Really happy with the service from Dan and Ethan, they were really helpful and made buying my son’s first car a real pleasure, the car was supplied with a full mot and lovely and clean and tidy, they even delivered it which was really helpful.

Ethan at Value Vehicle Essex was an example of a perfect start to finish service.

I gave Ethan a list of all my requiments for the vehicle and although he sent me over few potential Golfs, I was being picky but few days ago the perfect one came up.

Once the car was dropped off at his dealership in Tiptree, Ethan ensured it was cleaned and provided a fresh MOT to ensure he was providing me top performing vehicle.

He then dropped the car to my door the step providing the start to finsih service.

After seeing their vehicle proudly presented on Autotrader, Ethan was polite and welcoming on the phone to arrange a time for a viewing. I felt that their refundable deposit offer to hold the car for a week was a great option if you can't view the car immediately.

On first meeting, we were given ample time and space to look at the car, under no pressure. We were offered drinks and were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. They clearly knew the car and could answer every question we had about its history (Ethan also backed this up by producing the log book). With the car being less than 6 months away from an MOT, we were told that they would put it through and sort any major issues. Sold!

On collecting the car later that week, everything was, again, well organised which made the sale swift, relaxed and painless. We left feeling secure in the knowledge that we have a really good purchase.

If you're looking for a budget, reliable runaround, I can't recommend Value vehicles enough.
