I ordered a pendant light with three…
I ordered a pendant light with three glass shades which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the antique brass bar was scratched in a few places plus one of the shades had a large bubble in the glass. I returned it for free and requested a replacement which arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. Customer Services dealt with the faulty item quickly and made it easy to return without any hassle. I would definitely use them again plus the pendant colour matched my kitchen handles perfectly. Good experience all round.

Evri delivery let me down
Evri delivery let me down. My light didn’t arrive on the predicted day. The next day I had a message from Evri telling me it would arrive in a week’s time. I emailed Value Lights to cancel this order. My email was quickly answered showing that my order was out for delivery and it arrived before 6pm.
My light is great, well made and gives the glow I want.
So apart from Evri I am very pleased with my floor light. Thank you.
