I’ve used Valley Blinds a number of times in a few properties I’ve lived in. A few of my family members have used them as well from my recommendation and they’ve been just as happy. John, his wife and all the team are brilliant and we’ve always been pleased with the qualify of the products and fitting! Like with most companies, they take a couple of weeks to make the blinds but it’s well worth the wait.

We had some wooden white slated blinds fitted throughout the house in June by them and more recently, some perfect fit blinds for the front door. Absolutely thrilled!

Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

This is the second time we’ve used Valley Blinds. The first time I could not fault them. This time there have been a series of admin errors which has reduced the quality of the service. Muddled appointments, telling us that a woman was going to do the estimate as John was busy, then when we rang to check, the admin said it was John, (but she denied saying it wasn’t him) ). A minor thing but coupled with not getting back to us when the agreed two weeks delivery was late, so we had to chase it up, it reflects badly. They are very quick to collect payment, but gave us the receipt of someone else despite painstakingly giving my email address over the phone. The fitting of the blind is good but the cords are extremely loose and look untidy compared to the first fitting. I don’t want more holes drilled into the wall so I have to live with it. Altogether a disappointment, especially after our first experience.

The blinds were fitted well ,(all three of them ), with professionalism , they were fitted quickly and efficiently, and they look really good , we are really pleased with them and would definatly recommend valley blinds to all my friends and family ,
