Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other... Mehr ansehen
The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week... Mehr ansehen

I paid for next day delivery and the case arrived on time as requested. The case was well packaged. I’m delighted with the case. Great compartments inside and came with additional packing cubes. Great quality and easy to manoeuvre around the airport.

Website was easy to work with, the only issue was the payment page which kept reversing my payment! I ended up paying with the same card using Apple Pay which worked perfectly.
I have since ordered a second larger version of this case.

Great customer service
While they made a mistake and sent the wrong suitcase, they were super communicative, and made the return so simple - they collected it from me rather than making me take it to a shop/depot.
I may not have gotten what I wanted, but the customer service was excellent, and refund received very quickly. I'd buy from them again.
