Why do I always have to wait for my prescription? I went through this last time. I wouldn’t worry so much but the last 2 times I received my prescription, fed ex through it in the ditch, and another time they set it outside my mailbox. The expert help and guidance throughout my weight loss journey has been extremely helpful. When I needed assistance with my account, customer service was fast to respond. I am in my way to reaching my goal and obtaining the healthy lifestyle I've been dreaming of. With my current 20 lb loss, my knee has reduced and my energy has greatly improved. Cravings for fatty snacks have almost disappeared.

Do not buy

Sometimes it’s good stuff, but they sent me a temperature controlled medicine that was hot to the touch when it arrived due to a failed ice pack and they did nothing to help me at all so messed up

The medicine arrived from Houston, so it was hot to the touch for hours and all they’re doing is gaslighting me

Good experience

Overall, the experience is great and the prices are affordable. As for trying to get a few confusing questions answered is a bit frustrating because it seems scripted, but other than that, I would highly recommend.

Easy to navigate website

Easy to navigate website. Only reason I did not give them a 5. Was the medication I purchased took almost 3 weeks to get. There was no communication. But their products are great and they have many to offer. You have earned my business.

Awesome thank you Valhalla

I had used phentermine in the past to lose weight when it got by me. I contacted Valhalla and they had phentermine and I’ve lost 15 pounds. They were easy to deal with, fair prices, great customer care and a variety of products to help you look and feel better.

Hit or miss...

The process is great - easy, straightforward.
The providers are earnest - they aren't just looking to make a sale.

Getting the treatments -really hit or miss. I've been waiting over two months to receive a treatment I've already paid for. Reached out to customer service, just to be told to wait longer. This is the third time I've ordered a treatment - the first two were fine, no major delays, but this most recent experience has really given me a different perspective.

Horrible customer service and constant delayed orders

Very hard to get any response from a customer service rep after I opened a ticket. This is month number 2 of delayed orders and I only have 3 more days of my current medication left. Orders are constantly delayed for me and no one will tell me why. They sure loved taking my money instantly. Also I'm constantly getting emails sent to me calling me Candi, and my name is Katie.

Very confusing ordering process with no support

Very confusing ordering process. No clear directions of how any of the process works with the Doctors or labs needed they just want you to pay them immediately before you can even contact anyone. Then its super difficult to get answers with only messaging back and forth. On top of that the products did absolutely nothing.

Due to supply issues my prescription…

Due to supply issues my prescription was going to be delayed. Marion S. was very helpful to find another similar solution that was approved by my clinician. Marion kept me posted almost daily as to when my order would be delivered. I appreciate the customer service ~ Thank you.

I've been with Vahalla for over a year

I've been with Vahalla for over a year. Ive had a few hiccups along the way due to certain pharmacies not working well with me but at the end, they fixed it. Some of the hiccups were not their fault. Of course we call all get frustrated as things don't always work out how we want or as fast as we want them to but have a little patience, it will work out. Other than that, my most recent pharmacy for my GLP-1 (T) was transferred back to the one I started with and I'm happy with them. RX Compound is the best one that works for me.

I'm happy with Valhalla so far.

The initial process of signing up and…

The initial process of signing up and being prescribed, is great. However, I wish the site had the option to cancel/pause prescriptions. I also wish there was a live person to speak to on chat, so I didnt have to wait to hear back from someone every time I had an issue. I'd say 2.5/5 stars, overall.
