Truth be told i didnt know much about these guys other than the advert that appeared on my social media feed, but was impressed before i even used the stuff as i received the order next day for free! I spent over £20 and that was the deal , used the products at the weekend (exterior care bundle) used sparingly and it gave very impressive results defo a convert to valet chem products ...keep it up fantastic!

I have received just a small part of my order as the 2nd parcel has been lost in the post. I’ve contacted the company and they have just closed the case telling me I’ll need to take it up with the courier so I guess I’m going to be out of pocket. I wouldn’t recommend valet chem.

After reading reviews post purchase I was concerned, as of March 2025 anyone with shipping concerns need not worry, my order arrived within 4 working days, via FedEx.

Packaging is excellent, prices of products are great, performance of products 10/10.

I purchased the interior vehicle bundle plus extras.

Will use again.

What a brilliant customer service, so pleased I found this company.
Every person who I have interacted with at VC has one goal, total customer satisfaction.
I'm an occasional domestic customer but if I was a commercial company VC would be my go to firm.
Seriously it doesn't matter if you order 5 litres of bleach or 600 litres of antifreeze, you get treated as a valued customer and that's what keeps me coming back to VC.

We received our order quickly and were really impressed with the quality. We would order from them again and would recommend them.

Good range of products, there was a delay with the arrival, no fault of theirs as FedEx mis-sorted it.

found no fault with this company ordered 2x5L of IPA on 16/2/24 by the 17th i had delivery information and managed to change the shipping date by a day (due to not being in)

when product arrived it was in 10 x 1L bottles rather than the 2x5 but that is not an issue for me and probably better due to the way i use it (only reason im giving it 4/5 instead of 5/5)

saw a lot of bad reviews on here but from my experience everything went smoothly

I ordered 5L of phosphoric acid, after ordering i read the trustpilot reviews and was a little concerned but it arrived quickly and all is good :)

Placed an order for 4 items on 4 Feb. Order confirmed by email. Had not heard anything about despatch by 7 Feb so emailed, and been in regular contact since. Admin staff are friendly, but still no sign of any delivery. Disappointing.

Avoid at all costs, ordered products but several weeks later still no products or dispatch time.....did manage to get a refund which I now feel lucky about.

Placed order. No tracking number paid for 48hr delivery.
Over a week and item still not been sent. Emailed and was assured item would be here by today.
Still no tracking number and item has still not been dispatched.

3 orders so far with this company. The first was quick but then the problems happened. Second delivery took 10 days to arrive and after several phone calls it was due to "being inundated with orders". I am still awaiting the third order after being told several different reasons for it being late. I was also told it would be sent as a priority but have just received the tracking details and it's yet another 3 days for delivery.

Yes they are cheap (Isopropanol ordered) but unfortunately you seem to get what you pay for in customer service. It's a "pay peanuts, get monkeys" situation.

Only order from them if you are short of cash and don't mind the wait.

Since posting a critical review, I have made contact with the company and received assurances that my order is being dealt with.

No communication, no goods, avoid

No answer, waiting for delivery, been over two weeks now! Reading the other reviews, 99% of them are about bad delivery and service. Don't touch these guys!

VERY disapointed with this company, ordered over three weeks ago with 3 day FedEx delivery, as I had heard nothing, emailed them and was sent tracking ID, showed label printed and four days later it still shows label printed, yet not despatched, emailed again and I've had no response, reading reviews I'm not the only one.

Read the reviews and I thought I would give the products ago. I have not been disappointed, I queried my eta and the company explained they have recently taken over the business and have experienced a number of issues so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I wasn't let down. I would recommend giving the company a chance.
