Got scammed, they say that they offer free returns but when I asked for a return they first of all didn't offer the return for free and second of all the return location was in China even though it claims to be in Netherlands on the website. I didn't want to return it to China as I'd be paying half the value of the coat I bought to just return it so they offered me a 15% partial refund to keep the coat which I refused several times but they kept offering. When I finally accepted the partial refund as it was clear they weren't going to give me a full refund, they changed their policy and told me they don't offer partial refunds anymore. I emailed them several times after this and never got a reply and they blocked my email. Don't buy from there.

I waited over a month for my item, and when I emailed them for an update, they said it had been delivered by my "local courier company." When I emailed back, saying I never received the item and asked for a tracking number and which courier they used, they kept replying with "a local courier." I asked for a refund, and they said their policy is that I return the item for a full refund. How can I return an item I did not receive? The times they reply to my emails make me think this is a Chinese company and not European, as the website says.

Do not order from them!

Ordered a jumper which they said should take 4 - 7 days. NINETEEN DAYS on I'm still waiting.

I sent them an email for a refund and got some sham email asking that I wait even longer. No offer of a refund.

30 days return is fake news. They won’t let you return. If they do it’s at your own cost to CHINA. I’ve returned the item at my own cost and yet never received a refund !

I guess I have the same issue like other customers. They are not responding to my emails and it’s been over a month I have to received a top. The item is still in transit.

Very poor experience. Would never use again (and wish I’d looked on Trust Pilot prior to ordering)
Received faulty product, despite advising them of this within their 30 day window (which in itself is a disgrace) they refuse to refund or replace.
They’re now ignoring my emails.
Fortunately I paid using PayPal who have now refunded me.

Ordered 17th February still waiting for parcel, generic response every single time saying it is on the way, totally misleading site saying it is in the Netherlands and they ship from, yes you probably guessed already China. They mislead you on delivery times were they are and were they ship from, total scammers, I really do not believe I will ever receive the parcel. I finally received my parcel it is cheap and nasty, sized incorrectly badly stitched and they are ignoring my returns requests. These are 100% scammers selling total tat at premium prices totally incorrect sizing and misleading on return address on there website. It says Netherlands and they say China on customer service, please do not be misled or you may as well burn your money. They are now refusing to accept the return. The jacket arrived with no tags and poor workmanship also.

Poor quality clothing, thin fabric, sizing was incorrect. The colour was as described though.
Took over three weeks to arrive.
Was going to return but having read the other reviews I'm not going to even try.

I had a terrible experience with Valenti Fashion. Their website claimed returns would be sent to the Netherlands, but when I requested a refund, I was only given an address in China. This is misleading and makes returning items extremely difficult and expensive.

The jacket I received was horrible quality—one sleeve had extra fabric stuffed inside, while the other didn’t even have a full shape. It looked nothing like the photos on their website. On top of that, I ordered a white jacket, but it arrived in a cheap-looking yellowish color instead! Complete false advertising.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy.

First of all, they claim that the items arrive in 5-7 working days, which the jacket I ordered did not. Then I reached out to their customer service saying I want to return the item as it arrived past the delivery window and I do not need it anymore they said that I have to ship it back myself to China. In their FAQ it clearly states that they will provide me with a shipping label to Netherlands, but they are refusing to do. Absolutely awful, regret buying from them so much.

Is a scam company, don’t buy from them. I ordered a turtle neck jumper nearly a month ago, haven’t received anything. They ship from china it seems so even if I eventually get my order i expect it will be too small as with most Chinese items of clothing. Stay clear from them

I wish I’d seen this Trustpilot page before getting involved with them. I ordered a jacket from these suppliers, 5 to 7 working days was their claim to fame, well that never happened, the jacket arrived on March 2nd. I tried it on and it was too tight so I emailed them that I had a problem and wanted to return it for an XL.

Oh you can’t do that, no they expect you to send it back to their warehouse that’s located in China, once there they will issue a refund of the original price I paid. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They even had the cheek to email me this morning to ask “how did we do” I’m sure they didn’t want my reply but got it anyway. Please look elsewhere for your new clothes and dont touch this lot with a barge pole.

A scam company. Sent me wrong size and items have been returned. They have stalled repeatedly to refund me. I will now have to approach my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful site - definitely don’t use!
Item not as described, arrived late and had to chase multiple times, the email for comms is awful, and returns policy not as explained on the site. Massive con - gutted I didn’t see these reviews before!
I can’t even try and sell myself to try and get some of my money back as the item has no labels or tags.

Ordered a jacket from here which took over 2 weeks to come, so didn’t need it by the time it arrived. Requested a refund which you have to cover the cost of to send back to China. The postage will cost more than half the jacket itself. Quality of clothing is terrible. Don’t get scammed into buying anything from here. Waste of money and time.

I was scammed by this company believing I was buying a genuine product, their website is great! What I received was a very cheap synthetic product from China!! I wanted to return it, as per the website, to the Netherlands but was promptly informed that I had to return it to China with all the original labels... of which there were none! Please avoid this company at all costs, there is no good result
