This is not a legitimate company. Do not go near them or order anything. They are not based in the Netherlands, more likely China! If you've been unfortunate enough to be scammed, I suggest you report to the Police Fraud Team. Their website looks very professional, but it's completely fake. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!

Scam of a company. Jackets are worthless not as advertised. They state free returns and you actually have to pay to ship the return back to china. I’ve lost £60 due to this scam . Avoid!

My experience is very similar to everyone else here. I ordered winter black jacket on 25th January. Kept sending emails requesting an update. Response was: it was delayed due to "high demand" and is still in "fulfilment stage". I was also offered a discount on further purchases. I have been asking for a refund, but apparently "not possible". Emails from support team are definitely AI generated.
If you paid by Credit Card or PayPal - get in touch with them and report it!

Why isn’t there an option to give zero stars, as this is what they deserve as a business - ordered a coat on the 22nd of Jan and then chased on the 3rd of Feb where they told me the parcel was lost so they would send out a new one asap. I asked if instead of sending a new one as it would be too delayed in terms of me being able to take it on a ski trip to just process a refund and not send out a replacement for their lost package. They said they had already sent out the replacement and to wait for it to arrive to then be able to send it back for a refund. Chased again on Monday 13th Feb to be told that the second package has been lost and they will now send a third package out. I have been refusing to confirm my address now for the third time because I just want a refund and currently having an email battle with their moronic team about processing a refund and have had about 25 emails a day since Monday 13 Feb. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Same experience as everyone else on here. Nothing turned up. Said it was delayed and offered a discount on further purchases. Then said it was lost in the post and to resend my address so they could send another. I asked for a refund and suprise, surprise, no response. 100% scam. Also agree that the responses by email are AI generated to waste your time so you keep waiting and that a refund or person to speak to will never happen.

I Bought a jacket, which was very thin so I tried to return. The company state you have to request a return, which I did, but no response. After a month I decided to pay for postage to the address on the website and just return the jacket. I emailed to say I was posting and then finally received a response asking for photos first. After sending photos of the jacket and packaging they agreed to the return, but to an address in China after I have paid £11 to return to a business in The Netherlands that does not exist. Valentimode.com will not say what that address is and just repeat the return needs to be to China.

As per the othe mr reviews THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, they take you order and do not send the item and, you guessed it, no refund. This should be taken of the internet. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I bought a jacket for my son size M,on 13.01.2025.The package never come.I e-mail like 10 times and they say it is lost and will send another one.Today 12.02.2025,still same email they send me it will be it will be delivered.I ask for refund as I bought another one from a different company as they just email we dealing with the problem but just words.No refund received and no jacket,as we go holiday next week and my son keep waited and of course we need to prepare.So I don’t recommend this company,no seriously people.BAD,BAD,BAD as I think I was patient enough with them.Also I enter in my bank account and raise a dispute for this transaction.You have 120 days,try it,don’t give up I just done it today as I dont believe them to send another item.Its been 4 weeks today.Raise dispute to the bank!!!

Ordered a jacket on jan 11 after 2 weeks and no jacket and tracking information not working I contacted them, they said that it probably got lost and that they would send another.

I waited and still no jacket or any updated tracking information. I wish I read the reviews first but my brother wanted this specific jacket and didn’t question it.

I have now stated a dispute with the bank as they do not want to provide a refund instead offers 15% off my next purchase.. as if I would order from them again.

Valenti are a Scam company ! Do not use! A jacket I ordered came woefully small, after being lost in transit a few times. It's now one month later and £62.95 out of pocket! No refund for Valenti sending a jacket that's of no use and demanding I pay a further £30 on postage to send back to India! And no trust in Valenti sending me a refund 😞 Rubbish company. This company purports to be based in the Netherlands but I am pretty sure they are an Asian company.

The products do not arrive.

If you contact them you get a response that is supposedly from a person but I believe it is auto-generated responses using artificial intelligence.

Their customer services advisor is clear an AI generated image.

I continued to respond to them over a prolonged period of time and you receive the same nonsense responses from them over and over again. They will initially tell you the order is lost. They will offer you discounts to buy further products. They will then claim to send you a replacement which will also be lost and the cycle continues.

Be cautious as the responses may seem tailored to the emails you send to them so you may think you are dealing with a human but I strongly suspect you are not. It is relatively simple to create such responses utilising artificial intelligence.

If you challenge it with direct questions that are outside of the given set of responses such as offering discounts or sending replacement products you will not receive a direct answer you will only receive an apology stating that they are simply following company policy.

After the first shipment was “lost” I challenged them under EU consumer rights legislation to provide a refund for failure to fulfil the order (given that they purport to be domiciled in the Netherlands. I specifically instructed them not to send a replacement but to refund my original order. They never acknowledged my references to relevant consumer rights legislation and claimed to issue a replacement despite my direct instructions to the contrary. Obviously the replacement never arrived.

This company is a scam designed to keep you in frustrating endless loops of conversation. They will be relying on you giving up due to the fact most people will probably write off the amounts they charge for their products rather than spending the energy pursuing it.

If you have purchased your products using a credit card I would suggest contacting your credit card supplier and instructing them to initiate a chargeback. They will probably require you to show some evidence of contacting the retailer so fire a few emails off to their stupid bot but don’t expend too much energy on it. Just reference your consumer rights to receive a refund due to failure to deliver. They will try to claim that the order has been fulfilled because they have shipped the order but ignore this as it is wrong. If the order is not delivered to you the order has not been fulfilled. Demand a refund. They will refuse the request supposedly in line with company policy but will be unable to answer why they are failing to comply with the law. This should be sufficient for any credit card provider to initiate a chargeback back.

If, like me, you used a cash card to make a purchase they may not be able to initiate a chargeback directly but don’t fear. Contact your card issuer and allege fraud. After 30 days have passed if you have been unable to elicit the refund from the company they can initiate an investigation which should allow you to be refunded.

I hope this helps some people. Just don’t waste your energy on these criminals. Pay their algorithm enough lip service to collect your evidence and go straight to your card issuer. The more investigations against them should hopefully see them shut down. They are probably running multiple scams such as this.

I ordered a coat over 21 days ago and it has still not been delivered. They now say that the original was lost. They refuse to refund my money so I am having to go through my bank's dispute team to try to get it back.

Companies like this should not be allowed to trade, and I believe the Netherlands trading standards should get involved.
