Absolutely fantastic
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mohammed! He was incredibly kind, professional, quick, and efficient throughout the whole move.
I actually made a mistake when booking and rented a van that was too small for the amount of boxes and belongings I had. Mohammed went above and beyond and came with a bigger van instead, without asking for a single penny extra.
He made what could have been a stressful moving day so much easier. Such a genuinely lovely, helpful, and generous person. I couldn’t recommend Mohammed highly enough — excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Efficient service, kind transporter
My transporter was lovely. On time, helpful and professional but, beyond that simply a sincerely and naturally kind, decent person.
I was bringing a large number of bags as part of a stressful move and he not only was helpful and efficient, but did so with a grace that made that fairly quick interaction as small part of the complex process of moving a pleasure.
Note: rates can differ substantially based on how far in advance you book. I had to reschedule my flight on short notice and there is a huge difference when forced to not give much notice.

The van was not big enough
The van was not big enough - I have moved before and the van size was much bigger. It also had a weight restriction which we did not know in advance. The movers were great though and very friendly and easy to work with

The van you booked was a Luton Van with us, we brang you the Luton van the one we have is a Renault Master Low Loader Luton Van it is the biggest on the market for moving and removals after this you need a 7.5 ton lorry for this.
You also we're made aware in-advance:
Length: 4m / 13.1ft
Width: 2m / 6.5ft
Height: 2.2m / 7.2ft
1200 kg payload
This is all displayed on our online system which you used to book and pay online with us 11-03-2026 16:27 with ID: 6291.
Anyway of course every vehicle has a weight restriction and we cannot go over this as it's not safe and we wouldn't be able to drive safely and on-time to your delivery address, also the vans tyres wouldn't even be able to bear the weight anyway, it's physically not possible, you simply have too much stuff to move.
The journey was a 3 hour drive and was a 130 mile drive one-way from London to Bristol you had booked us for 5 hours.
Our team is always ready and happy to do extra runs but this will cost more.
On the day our movers also let you know again about the weight limit and that you have too much stuff.
In your notes when you booked online originally the only information we got was:
"2 Bedroom House Move, no washing machine, going to big yellow self storage, boxes."
You had booked 2 Men & 1 Luton Van.
Apart from this we believe we provided you with a 5 star move and are pleased that nothing has gone wrong during the move and everything was moved safely for you.

Efficient, friendly and genuinely top-class service
Had a really great experience with VaiVan from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth – booking was quick and straightforward, pricing was clear, and communication was excellent throughout.
On the day, the team were punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly guys. They handled everything with care and worked efficiently without cutting corners, which made what is usually a stressful experience feel very easy.
