In one rare case we had an issue that arose with a VA not doing the work we expected, but it was actually because WE had issues with how we described the job to them... nonetheless VA Hub Pro took extreme responsibility on behalf of the VA and immediate action to resolve... Even though this mistake was our fault. I didn't even expect them to handle minor issues for us so this was a bonus!
