Despite having a terrible telephone connection, I got great service. I was changing a ticket that couldn’t be modified online. It was a very slow process, but the man helping me was very courteous and patient.

I called allegiant airlines and got your company. You miss represented yourself as allegiant airlines and charged me 65.00 for changing my flights after allegiant cancelled them. Then I went to allegiant ticket counter at the airport and found you were not allegiant airlines and should not have had to pay an more for tickets.
Now you won't answer my requests for a 65.00 refund.

Very helpful at setting up plane flights for a cruise that could not be done from the same airports. Emailed all necessary information and answered all questions. My only issue was the confusion of agencies and names of agencies with whom I was working. That is more a matter of How online travel agencies work. I thought I was in a Delta website but I was not . It was hard for me to figure out exactly who I was working with so I called back to make sure I had ACTUALLY purchased tickets and seats and had not been scammed. They helped me to see that I was ok and that United knew my paid seat requests. It is simply a sign of our times that we fear getting scammed

It was a surprisingly good experience leaving from Long Island MacArthur‘s airport to Orlando Florida for the first time.
Unlike JFK and LaGuardia airport, it was easy getting into The airport drop off , going through TSA and boarding a new and modern aircraft. I will certainly be looking into utilizing this again on future flights.

I did not give five star due to cancellation fee which I found unfare. Mr. Austin was very peofixient polite and professional ty Austin
