The agent who assisted me name is Winn. This gentleman was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Although my situation required additional time and skill, he repeatedly explained the process to me, addressed my concerns, and even assured me that he could assist me in making my reservation. I give him 5 stars!!! Your company should be proud to have someone with this level of customer service skills. I would not hesitate to use your services again.

Finally I was able to find a real professional and knowledgeable travel agent. It was great to deal with Cathy. My go to one stop travel agency from now onwards.

I am happy to give Jean 5 stars. She was patient and understanding of my dilemma. She was very knowledgeable of the company's rules so I had to abide but all in all I liked working and talking with her. It made my life easier.

Hi Guys don’t trust this site and agents. My name Sanjeeva Reddy Bhupathi i have booked a round trip from SFO TO IAD PNR - 4P3T3V Booking number - 65255 Booked On - 23 May 2022. I booked the flight for 530$ again they called flight was not booked you have to pay 102$ extra then we will confirm i agree with them they didn’t confirm anything after that day on 05/24/2022 i called and asking them for my flight ticket confirmation again they are asking for 300$ extra guys please don’t depend on this site and agents too they will not call back you until you call.

These are Indian Scammers that operated multiple fake sites.

I paid for a ticket, $139.00, from MN to Miami. 2 hours later received a phone call saying that there was a mistake and the jacked the price to $419.98. Terrible business to work with. Never again will I book through them.

When i had to cancel a flight, they charged me 125 and then I was supposed to have a flight credit and a refund of that money if used within 2 years. Now the company cannot find any record of that transaction even though I have my bank records to prove they took my money

They are not that helpful at the time of problem. Although they have polite agents, they basically do minimum at the time of problem. Vaccation Travel acts as the merchant (one that charges your credit card) for some daughter travels agencies. One of those daughter travel agencies is BMN Overseas that issues fake/wrong flight tickets to get some money from your pocket, while showing that you have received the service. You will learn this when you directly deal with the flight company. Neither BMN Overseas nor Vaccation Travel does anything before your flight under this circumstance and put you in a situation to purchase new tickets at airport or just before going to go there. Neither of them accepts reimbursing all additional money that you had to spend owing to the intentional mistake that a travel agent from BMN Overseas did it. Had a great experience, at first I was very concerned about the whole situation but Pablo really helped me with his professionalism And assured me everything was fine. Also he kept in touch to remind me my departure was coming up.

The person that make my reservation was very nice and polite. He went over everything with me.

It took me over three hours to change a flight from October 5th to October 3rd. The fellow helping me did not have a clue what he was doing.

I booked my flight through these people only to discover they change twice as much as if you book your flight straight off the Alaskan Air web site.

We wanted a non-stop flight (round trip) and a reasonable car rental. George checked several avenues and was able to find our requested accommodations.

I thought I was calling Southwest Airlines to change my October flight. The person who answered my call represented herself as part of Southwest and collected all my personal information including credit card number, etc. The cost was more than I expected, but when I asked for an explanation she gave me some double-talk and claimed she had already explained everything to me. When she emailed me the "receipt" it came from "Golden Wings International INC" and the booking confirmation letterhead said "Vaccation Travel" spelled with two "c"s. I objected, but she said I had to reply to the email saying I had authorized the charges or my money would be lost. I was afraid of losing my money, so I did as she said. Very foolish on my part. This was a scam. "Vaccation Travel" is a fraudulent organization, representing itself as a partner of Southwest Airlines.

Rebooking took days. The ticket is way too expensive. The agent did not look for cheaper options. Keep on giving us the expensive option. But I have to give 5 stars to the agent for his effort. He really did give his best effort to rebook us. He also calls us to update but unfortunately, the airline was really giving him a hard time rebooking the flight we want. Lesson learned: Always avail of travel insurance.
