Great service, had a problem with our payment but Vacation Travel
got us through it fine.

I waited since 1:27 today for my purchased ticket amt. $over 600 to Arizona. All I got was a confirmation e-mail telling me my tickets would arrive by e-mail shortly. It is 7:23 p.m....still no e-mail tickets.

They were able to find me a great price for my multi-city trip to Europe. Smooth, easy transaction with good communication!!

I thought I had reached a travel agent with Southwest Airlines off of the SWA website, but somehow got connected with this operation. The agent I talked to told me they could complete my request, but that the cost would be $75. This was due to the difference in cost of the ticket as well as a $40 charge for their services. When I asked if I could just cancel (no cost from SWA) and rebook, the agent said the flight was full, so I went on with the transaction.

After recontacting SWA (got an actual agent) I was told there is never a fee for the change, only any additional cost of the fare difference. I also checked the SWA website and found that the flight was NOT full.

So, beware of these types of organizations that pretend to be "associated" with an airline. Their ethics are less than stellar! Also, always check twice before hitting an embedded link, it might end up costing you.

Feel like we were searching for great value and that's what we got.
