I bought this because it’s supposed to smell similar to Coopertone Suntan lotion well it doesn’t it smells cheap and more like a bad baby powder scent. I’m old enough to remember what Coppertone smells like this was a big disappointment. Save your money!

I ordered a trio of Eau de Toilette sprays from Vacation Inc. and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

First, shipping took much longer than expected. That already dampened the excitement of receiving a fragrance order. The bigger issue, however,
was what arrived. Multiple bottles in my trio were not filled to the same level. Some were missing a noticeable amount of product. Roughly around 10% — which absolutely matters when you’re paying premium prices for a 1-oz bottle. Especially for an eau de toilette.

When you buy perfume, you’re paying for both the fragrance and the volume. Receiving bottles that are visibly under filled makes it feel like you didn’t get what you paid for. Even if this is due to evaporation or quality control issues, it should never reach the customer in that condition.

The scents themselves were okay but the inconsistent fill levels and slow shipping really took away from the overall experience. For the price point, I expected better quality control and attention to detail.

I wanted to love this brand, but this order left me frustrated and hesitant to purchase again.

I ordered the black Vacation EDT t-shirt and was extremely disappointed to see it is gray and not black. I am sure they edited the listing photos, but it is dishonest to alter them so much so that they no longer reflect reality.

I reached out to support with my concerns but was only offered a refund if I paid return shipping. I have no desire to wear this shirt due to it being a color different than what was advertised, so I still ended up spending money on a shirt I don’t have anymore. I do not feel comfortable purchasing from Vacation after this and would recommend others shop elsewhere.

Bought a Tshirt and when it came in it was the cheapest feeling tshirt, theres a hole in the seam and its miss-sewn on the arm. I tried reaching out to the company with no response. Horrible quality and horrible customer service.

Sometimes you purchase from a new brand and it just works out. Good quality clothing, fair prices and fun packaging. Customer service was great.
