Your order was placed on May 26th and shipped promptly on May 29th, well within our 7-day shipping policy. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit with DHL, any delays are outside of our control and often due to logistics on their end. I ordered a dress that I was eagerly waiting for. When I received it, I noticed major defects: poorly positioned buttons, wrinkles, and misplaced seams. The dress is unwearable.
I contacted customer service, providing them with photos as evidence. They replied that, in their opinion, there was no problem. And in any case, it was non-refundable since the dress was made to order!
Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails.
'Without you, there is no us' is just a marketing ploy.
TO BE AVOIDED.

The 40% discount was applied to the making of the dress or to the sewing skills .
You are thieves!

I got exactly what I ordered and the quality of both dresses was exceptional. Both very well made, hidden zippers, material of very good quality. I had to exchange the one dress for one size larger and it was free shipping back to the company and no problem with the exchange. I will definitely shop here again.
